造を示す図である。 図において、１……治具、１ａ……取付け部、
１ｂ……防壁部、２……プリント基板、３……部
品、４……バンプ、Ｆ……熱風をそれぞれ示す。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 少なくとも、プリント基板２の部品３実装側に
配置され、前記プリント基板２にバンプ４を介し
て実装された前記部品３と固着する取付け部１ａ
と、 加熱手段から供給される熱風Ｆの噴射領域を制
限する防壁部１ｂを有することを特徴とする加熱
式部品取り外し治具。
