【考案の詳細な説明】[Detailed explanation of the idea]

〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、パイプハウスやビニールハウスの雨
樋に使用する部材の改良に関する。 〔従来技術及びその問題点〕 パイプハウスやビニールハウスは、連棟の場
合、屋根から流化する雨水、融雪水等をそのまま
垂れ流すと、これらが大量に溜まり、円滑に流れ
ない。この結果ビニールフイルムが風船状などに
たるみ、ひどいときにはビニールフイルムが破れ
てハウス内に大量の水が流化するおそれがある。 このため従来は、連棟の間に雨樋を取付けて雨
水や融雪水を排水個所に導くようにしている。従
来の雨樋には、プラスチツク製、鋼製、カラー鋼
材製など種々のものがあるが、いずれも一定長さ
の雨樋用部材を長手方向に組合せて製造されてい
る。この場合雨樋用部材の取付けには、ねじ止め
や、すきま止め用にアルミテープを貼着するなど
その作業に手間がかかり、しかもコストが高くな
る問題がある。また長尺ものでは、運搬が面倒で
ある。 〔考案の技術的課題〕 本考案は上記事情に鑑みてなされたもので、そ
の目的とするところは、雨樋部の取付叙業に手間
がかからず、コストを安くでき、しかも運搬の容
易な雨樋用帯板を得んとするものである。 〔考案の構成〕 すなわち本考案は、両側部を折り曲げた雨樋に
用いる長尺の帯板であつて、上記折り曲げ部に対
応した個所にそれぞれ帯板の長手方向に沿い帯条
溝を形成し、帯板の厚さに対する帯条溝の深さの
比を2〜13、かつ帯板の厚さに対する帯条溝の開
口部の幅の比を5〜20としたものである。 〔実施例〕 以下本考案を図面を参照して説明する。 本考案は、長尺の帯板1のうち折り曲げ部に対
応した個所にそれぞれ帯板の長手方向に沿つて帯
条溝2,2を形成しており、各帯条溝2,2は、
第3図に示すようにそれぞれ近接して平行に形成
した2条の溝2a,2bからなる。この帯板1の
材質は、耐候性があるものであれば、とくに限定
されないが、ステンレス鋼が好適である。この帯
板1の厚さtは、一般に0.2mm程度である。そし
