Conventionally, side doors have been separately attached to the lower folded plate roof and the upper folded plate roof of a double folded plate roof. However, the above-mentioned construction is extremely troublesome, and even after the mento door has been installed, reliable rain protection cannot always be expected.

Therefore, as a result of intensive research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor has devised the present invention by adding an appropriate interval in the longitudinal direction to one side in the width direction of a relatively long flat main plate. An inverted triangular hanging surface door is integrally formed, a rising part is formed on the other side in the width direction of the main plate, a horizontal part is integrally formed from the upper end of this rising part, and an appropriate interval is formed on this horizontal part. By using a ventilation side door with a hanging side door attached to the ventilation side door, it can be easily and quickly installed on a double-layered folded plate roof, and it also provides good rain protection after installation. This solves the problems mentioned above.

In the present invention, an inverted triangular hanging surface door 2 is integrally formed on one side in the width direction of a relatively long flat main plate 1 at an appropriate interval in the longitudinal direction, and the main plate 1 is A rising portion 3 is formed on the other side in the direction,
A horizontal part 4 is first formed from the upper end of this rising part 3, and a ventilation face door 5 is attached at an appropriate interval on this horizontal part 4 to form a ventilation face door with a hanging face door. Ventilation side doors 5 are installed on the upper folded plate roof 8 and the lower folded plate roof 7 of the folded plate roof laid in double layers.
And, the hanging side door 2 can be installed easily and quickly, and secondly, after the ventilation side door with the hanging side door of the present invention is installed on a double-layered folded plate roof, rain can be kept out well. Thirdly, even if the distance between the lower folded plate roof 7 and the upper folded plate roof 8 of the double roof changes in various ways, it can be dealt with immediately, and fourthly, the structure is extremely simple, so the cost is relatively low. It has various effects such as being affordable.

To explain these effects in detail, the present invention has the following effects:
First, an inverted triangular hanging door 2 is integrally formed on one side of the main plate 1 in the width direction at an appropriate interval in the longitudinal direction, and a rising portion 3 is formed on the other side of the main plate 1 in the width direction. A horizontal part 4 is integrally molded from the upper end of this rising part 3, and a ventilation surface door 5 is attached at an appropriate interval on this horizontal part 4, and as described above, a ventilation surface door 5 is attached to the hanging surface door 2 and the ventilation surface. Since the door 5 is integrated, the present invention can be used for roofing work on a folded plate roof with double layers, so that the lower folded plate roof 7 has a hanging door 2, and the upper folded plate roof 7 has a hanging door 2. Ventilation door 5 on roof 8
can be installed extremely easily and quickly. That is, the present invention is only attached to the top surface of the back surface of the mountain part of the upper folded plate roof 8 of the double folded plate roof, which is extremely simple. Therefore, it is possible to significantly improve work efficiency compared to a structure in which side doors are provided on the upper and lower sides of a double roof.

In addition, after installing this invention on a double roof, the main plate 1
Since the upper folded plate roof 8 can be supported by the lower folded plate roof 7 at the rising portion 3, it can be firmly attached against vertical loads.

Secondly, in the present invention, the hanging side door 2 and the ventilation side door 5
Since they are integrated with each other via the main plate 1, it is possible to relatively effectively prevent the intrusion of rainwater and the like.
In particular, the U-shape formed by the main plate 1, the rising portion 3, and the horizontal portion 4 has the effect of draining water, and in the case of rain accompanied by wind, the wind first hits the U-shaped portion and creates a turbulent flow. The turbulent flow acts to prevent rain from approaching the U-shaped part, making it difficult for rainwater to enter the ventilation surface door 5 located just above the U-shaped part, and overall, it is extremely effective. It can be used as a good cover for rain. Further, only the turbulent wind can be taken in through the ventilation holes 66, and good ventilation can be achieved.

Thirdly, in the case of double laid folded plate roofs, at least one of the lower folded plate roof 7 and the upper folded plate roof 8 is usually sloped. Furthermore, there are double roofs in which the distance between the lower folded plate roof 7 and the upper folded plate roof 8 changes as appropriate depending on the thickness of the heat insulating material attached to the back surface, strength, and connection.
Therefore, the spacing between the lower folded plate roof 7 and the upper folded plate roof 8 where the ventilation side door with hanging side door of the present invention is installed depends on the magnitude of the slope, the installation position,
It is determined by the height of the top and bottom, etc.

In this way, the rising portion 3 corresponding to the interval
Although it is difficult to determine the dimensions in advance, in the present invention, the horizontal part 4 is not formed on the rising part 3 at the manufacturing stage, and the distance between the lower folded plate roof 7 and the upper folded plate roof 8 is actually measured. After that, the height of the rising part 3 is determined, and then the horizontal part 4 can be formed by bending.By doing this, the above-mentioned cases can be immediately dealt with. . For example, if the distance between the lower folded plate roof 7 and the upper folded plate roof 8 is h, the height of the rising portion 3 may be set to h to form the horizontal portion 4, and the distance between them is h.
If it changes to +△h, the height of the rising part 3 becomes h+
The horizontal portion 4 can be formed as Δh.
(See Figure 7).

Fourth, the present invention has an extremely simple structure;
