Conventional technology and its problems Conventionally, when these panels were installed for the exterior of a building, caulking material was often filled in the joints between the panels to protect against rain. This was done separately after the panel installation work, which was time-consuming and lengthened the construction period. Furthermore, when caulking materials are exposed to the wind and rain for many years, they become brittle and lose their elasticity, causing cracks, which allow rainwater to penetrate and impair the aesthetics.

考案の目的 本考案はこれらの欠点を改良して、コーキング

Purpose of the invention The present invention improves these drawbacks and provides a panel that can be reliably covered with rain without using caulking material.

Summary of the invention In other words, the present invention provides a rectangular top plate with four side plates to form a box shape, and bends the lower ends of one opposing side plate outward to form one mounting piece and the other mounting piece. At the same time, a groove portion having a substantially U-shaped cross section is formed continuously in one or both of the other opposing side plate of the panel portion and both side edges of one mounting piece and the other mounting piece. This is an architectural panel formed in one piece.

A feature of the present invention is that a gutter groove is integrally formed on the side edge of the box-shaped panel. Therefore, by vertically arranging the panels of the present invention, rainwater flows downwards along the vertically continuous grooves, so the panels alone can be used reliably without using caulking material. You can make a rainy day. or,
Since the rain gutter and panel are not separate parts, installation is only required once, improving workability.

In the present invention, the groove can be integrally formed in one or both of the panel parts by integrally forming the groove by bending or the like (Figs. 1 to 4), or by gluing or welding the groove to the panel part (see Figures 1 to 4). Figure 5), or
There are methods such as using rivets.

The panel part 2 has a box shape with four side plates 5, 6, 7, and 8 provided on each side of a rectangular top plate 4, and the lower ends of one of the opposing side plates 5, 7 are bent outward. One mounting piece 9 and the other mounting piece 10 are provided, and one mounting piece 9 is connected to the other mounting piece 10.
It is positioned lower by the thickness and has a larger length.

The groove portion 3 is formed into a substantially U-shaped cross section with one side piece 11, a bottom piece 12, and the other side piece 13, and is open upward, and is connected to one mounting piece 9 and the other mounting piece 10 of the panel portion 2. The side plates 8 and 8 of the panel section 2 are arranged continuously between the opposing side plates 5 and 7 of the panel section 2.
The bottom piece 12 connects one mounting piece 9 side to the other mounting piece 1.
It is wider than the 0 side and has a tapered shape with a deep bottom, and is located at the upper edge of the other side piece 13 between the opposing side plates 5 and 7, and is positioned below the top plate 4. A protruding piece 14 is provided.

In order to install the panel 1, the lower part of the base material 15 is placed horizontally at a pitch equal to the length between the opposing side plates 5 and 7 on one side of the panel 1 and the length of the mounting piece 10 on the other side. The other mounting piece 10 is screwed and fixed to the base material 15 via a packing 16. Next, while inserting the outside of the groove 3 on the other mounting piece 10 side of the panel 1 adjacent above into the inside of the one mounting piece 9 side of the groove 3 of the existing panel 1, insert the other mounting piece 10. Place it on one of the mounting pieces 9 of the existing panel 1, and attach the base material 15 through the packing 16.
Fix it with screws. In this way, the panels 1 are successively arranged upwardly and attached to the base material 15 in a vertical line.

Next, in the same manner as described above, adjacent panels 1 are sequentially arranged upwardly from the lower base material 15 and attached to the base material 15 on the right side of the existing panels 1 in this column in one vertical row. At this time, the protruding pieces 14 of the groove 3 of the existing panel 1 are connected to the four side plates 5 of the panel 1 on the right,
Attach it by inserting it into the blank spaces in 6, 7, and 8. When the vertical columns of panels 1 are successively installed in the horizontal direction in this manner, the panels 1 are arranged in a vertical and horizontal grid pattern, and the grooves 3 and the side plates 6 form a plurality of vertical rain gutters.

Effects of the invention As described above, this invention has grooves for rain gutters arranged side by side on the side edges of the box-shaped panel part, so the exterior panel can be reliably protected from rain without using caulking material. This makes the construction easier, which makes it possible to reduce construction costs and shorten the construction period.
Moreover, since the rain gutter is formed as an integral piece rather than as a separate part, installation work is only required once, and the amount of base material is reduced, further improving construction efficiency.
In addition, even if exposed to wind and rain for many years, cracks will not occur, rainwater will not enter, and the appearance will not be damaged.
