Prior Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention In order to raise and train racehorses, sand is usually removed from the training arena, and sometimes a mixture with wood chips is also removed. When horses are trained in these sand fields, the sand can fly up due to the horses kicking up and get into the horses' eyes due to strong winds, resulting in a high incidence of eye diseases. In addition, during extremely dry or rainy weather, the sand from the sandy horse track will scatter, and the soles of the horses' hooves will be directly exposed to the track surface (base).
Due to the contact with the ground, the impact is strong and the soles and lower legs of the hoof are often seriously injured (diseased). Furthermore, sand is washed away and blown away by rainy days and strong winds (seasonal winds), and replenishing sand requires a considerable amount of money and expense. In Utsudo Chippu, heavy rains wash away the materials, and in the summer it turns into rotting mud, causing many problems in terms of hygiene for horses. In addition, during the dry season, the material is light and the scattering rate is high. It is true that both of these conditions are unstable in terms of rainfall and dryness, which poses many problems in training the limbs and preventing diseases, which are the lifeblood of horses. Therefore, the development and research of alternative materials is progressing considerably in other countries as well. Additionally, bedding is usually spread on the floor of the stable for the horses to rest, but the bedding is contaminated with horse excrement and urine and is always moist, making it a breeding ground for pathogenic microorganisms and making it difficult to maintain horse hygiene. There are some drawbacks. Furthermore, since the bedding is dried outside using a baking tray, ammonia gas and other gases leak into the air, which can cause air pollution and other pollution. Furthermore, with the recent change in agricultural policy in Japan, combine harvesters and the like have been introduced for rice cultivation, resulting in a shortage of long straw and a considerable increase in horse management costs.

Function The present invention uses cut-down moso bamboo, madake, hachiku, shichiku, keichiku, machiku, etc., which are sawn using a multi-blade saw, disc saw, etc., and have a diameter of approximately 0.3 mm or more.
It is a 0.5mm granular powder (hereinafter referred to as bamboo powder), and its specific gravity is heavier than water (0.49).
(Does not run off in the rain) Does not easily rot, is completely non-toxic, has strong fiber bonds (high cushioning properties), is difficult to scatter, and has the property of preventing dust. This patented bamboo powder (Banoboo
Powder) to a thickness of approximately 10cm on the running surface of the training horse track.
When a racing horse walked on the bamboo powder, even when the horse kicked up the bamboo powder, it did not fly any further than the sand, and the bamboo powder got into the eyes of the horse following him. It turned out that there was no danger, it didn't get muddy even in the rain, and there was no runoff. It can be used not only for road surfaces at racehorse training centers, but also as a material for bunkers at horse racing fields, parks, school playgrounds, stadiums, baseball fields, horse racing fields, and golf courses. Furthermore, taking advantage of the unparalleled water retention properties (1.49%) of bamboo powder, the present invention can be used alone or mixed with fertilizer, or mixed with ceramics and spread on the bottom of planters and pots or in place of soil. It is effective when sealed in gauze or other mesh bags and used as a horticultural water retaining material and cushioning material. Furthermore, by using the buffer heat insulating material of the present invention in place of bedding on the stable floor, the high cushioning properties prevent the noise caused by the hooves and reduce the risk of injury to the horse.
In addition, because the dryness is high, it retains heat and water well, does not fly up as dust, and is not toxic even if the horse accidentally ingests it, so it does not harm the health of the horse. Suitable for health management,
In addition, if it is contaminated with horse manure, it can be dyed with water and dried and used repeatedly, making it hygienic.
Economical. In addition, a material obtained by mixing the buffering heat-retaining and water-retaining material of the present invention with appropriate amounts of sand, cement, and other materials and compacting the mixture can be used as a building material with high drainage performance. In addition, due to its high corrosion resistance and heat/water retention properties, it can be used as mud material for steam baths, mud therapy materials, and deodorizing materials. , and a small amount of soil solidification material mixed with water and molded.
It is possible to provide civil engineering materials with strong drainage (water absorption) and permeability.

Bamboo material such as black bamboo is sawed using a multi-blade saw, disc saw, etc. to obtain bamboo powder containing granular powder with a diameter of about 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm. Spread this bamboo powder on the track at the horse training center to a thickness of about 10 cm. bamboo
Powder has a dense fibrous structure and a high specific gravity, so it stays dry even in heavy rain and does not leak out at all. Furthermore, it will not jump up due to horse kicks or wind pressure. The thickness of bamboo powder is not necessarily limited to 10 cm, and paving can be made to a thickness greater or less than 10 cm.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention is made of a granular material containing granular powder with a diameter of about 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm obtained by sawing bamboo material. By laying the track approximately 10cm thick on the running track, horses with periostitis or bulbar inflammation, horses with problems in the muscles and arms of the whole body, horses with poor growth, etc. are allowed to walk on it. The elasticity of the laminated layer of bamboo granular powder can comfortably stimulate the horse's limbs and hooves, helping the horse heal various injuries and build strong legs. Due to the characteristics of bamboo material, it has high water retention properties, prevents dust generation, and helps prevent noise. In addition, even in harsh winters, by removing antifreeze onto the bamboo granular powder, it can be used as a training ground, making it a good place for horses. Even if the sole of the hoof is clogged with snow, it can be quickly removed due to the elasticity of the granular bamboo powder while walking. Also, by laying this on the floor of the stable as a substitute for bedding,
It can wipe out the defects of bedding. In addition, by laying the cushioning heat insulating material of the present invention on stadiums, baseball fields, parks, school playgrounds, golf course bunkers, etc., even if a person falls on it, the elasticity of the bamboo granular powder will be reduced. People are less likely to get hurt due to sex. Furthermore, since the water content is higher than that of sand, the present invention does not run out even in heavy rains of 70 to 80 mm, making it highly economical. In addition, the buffering heat-retaining and water-retaining material of the present invention can be used as sand,
By mixing it with water and cement and forming it into a plate shape, you can obtain a panel with high water retention and breathability, so if you use it for road paving, house wall materials, etc. It has the effect of improving the temperature and keeping the inside of the house comfortable during hot and humid seasons.
