For example, as shown in Fig. 1, two copper pipes 1, 1' are covered with heat insulating layers 2, 2' made of low foam polyethylene on their outer peripheries, and are brought into close contact with each other, and a protective layer 3 is further coated on the outside. However, recently, insulated pipes equipped with signal wires have been developed to detect the hot water temperature inside the radiator and prevent unnecessary hot water supply. That is, the second
As shown in FIG.
A signal line 4 consisting of a plurality of insulated core wires is sandwiched between a heat-insulating tube coated with a protective layer 3 and a protective layer 3 is coated on the outside.

In addition, when these two are connected by peeling off the heat insulating layer at the terminal part during construction, the tubular body such as the copper pipe and the signal line are often damaged, which poses a serious problem in terms of quality. In addition, the signal line consists of multiple insulated core wires, but since these core wires are installed separately, it is difficult to insert the signal wire into the terminal cap etc. during terminal processing of the insulated pipe, resulting in work efficiency. It made things difficult.

It provides a tube.

The signal wires, which also serve as spacers, are sandwiched and arranged in parallel, the outside of which is covered with a heat insulating layer, and the outside of which is covered with a protective layer.

These conductors are integrally connected by a thin electrical and thermal insulating coating layer and have a dumbbell-shaped cross section.

等の課題を同時に満足させるためである。 In the present invention, the reason why the signal line is used as a spacer and has a thin, dumbbell-shaped cross section is that normally, twin-tube insulated pipes have high-temperature hot water in one tubular body, and low-temperature water in the other tubular body. Although the reduced return hot water is allowed to flow in, since the liquid temperature in both tubular bodies is different, the thermal efficiency is significantly improved by providing a spacer between the tubular bodies without directly contacting each other, and the outer diameter size is It simultaneously satisfies issues such as being able to control the temperature of hot water passing inside the conductor by arranging the signal wire without increasing the signal wire, and being able to easily insert the signal wire into the terminal cap etc. without damaging the signal wire during construction. This is to make it happen.

The heat insulating layer made of the heat insulating spacer 8 formed by integrally attaching a large number of spacers 8 has a point contact between the plastic base material and the tubular body through the independent protrusions, and can significantly suppress the conduction of heat from the tubular body. It is preferable to form a void between the body and the plastic base material because it can significantly enhance the heat insulation effect.

When processing the terminal with a tool such as NT Tatsuka,
Since there is a cutting allowance corresponding to the height of the protrusion, it is possible to work without damaging the inner pipe such as a copper pipe, and when removing the heat insulating layer (insulating spacer), the contact area between the heat insulating layer and the inner pipe is small. It has the advantage of being extremely easy to extract.

A heat insulating layer having such a structure is preferable because a radiation heat insulating layer can be formed between the tubular body and the tape by the void and the aluminum tape.

Among these, plastic corrugated tubes are preferred because they are flexible and can form a more effective air layer between them and the heat insulating layer, thereby further improving the heat insulating effect.
