状に巻いた発熱体を、セラミツク絶縁管を具備し
た炉心管外周にら線状に巻き、一方の発熱体リー
ド部を、セラミツク絶縁管に通すことにより、発
熱部より絶縁し、かつ発熱体リード部両端を同一
方向に取出す構造を特徴とした、酸素分析計用ヒ
