シートバツクを前傾可能とするとともに、前記シ
ートクツシヨン後部に、該シートクツシヨン後端
を前記摺動部材側に固定する第１ロツク部材を設
ける一方、車体側に、前記摺動部材をロツクある
いはロツク解除させる第２ロツク部材を設け、更
に、前記第１ロツク部材と第２ロツク部材とを、
第１ロツク部材のロツク解除動作に連動して第２
ロツク部材がロツク解除動作を行うように連結部

（作用）
本発明では、シートクツシヨンを、車体側に設
けられた摺動部材を介して車体前後方向に摺動可
能となし且つ摺動部材の前端部に取付けられたヒ
ンジ部材によつて前傾可能となしたことによつ
て、前方傾動状態のシートバツクとともにシート
クツシヨン前方に起立せしめる際において、フロ
ントシートのシートバツクを案内とした後方移動
を許容されるという作用が得られ、又、シートク
ツシヨン後端を摺動部材側に固定する第１ロツク
部材と該摺動部材をロツクあるいはロツク解除す
る第２ロツク部材とを、第１ロツク部材のロツク
解除動作に連動して第２ロツク部材がロツク解除
動作を行うように連結部材を介して連結せしめた
ことによつて、第１ロツク部材のロツク解除を行
うだけで、シートクツシヨンを後方移動可能状態

イド部材６の係止部１７，１７の一つに爪片１８
を係合せしめることによつて、スライダー７は選
ばれた位置にてロツクされるようになつているの
である。符号１９はスライダー７側面に形成され
た爪片挿入用の孔である。この第２ロツク部材１
５はスプリング２０によつて常にロツク方向に付

と、第２ロツク部材１５がスプリング２０の付勢

動して第２ロツク部材をロツク解除動作させるよ
うにしているので、第１ロツク部材をロツク解除
動作させることにより、シートクツシヨンが車体
前後方向に自由に移動できることとなり、フロン
トシートとの干渉を起こすことなく、極めて容易
にシートの起立収納を行うことができるという効

リヤシート装置であつて、車体側に設けられた摺
動部材を介して車体前後方向に摺動可能とされ且
つ該摺動部材の前端部に取付けられたヒンジ部材
によつて前傾可能とされたシートクツシヨンと、
該シートクツシヨンに対して前傾可能に設けられ
たシートバツクとからなつており、前記シートク
ツシヨン後部には、該シートクツシヨン後端を前
記摺動部材側に固定する第１ロツク部材が設けら
れ、車体側には、前記摺動部材をロツクあるいは
ロツク解除させる第２ロツク部材が設けられてい
て、前記第１ロツク部材と第２ロツク部材とは、
第１ロツク部材のロツク解除動作に連動して第２
ロツク部材がロツク解除動作を行うように連結部
材を介して連結されていることを特徴とする自動
