中程部にカム軸上のカムを接触する一方、前記揺
動アームの先端に穿設した雌ねじ孔に、吸気弁又
は排気弁におけるステムの先端に接当する調節用
ねじを螺合して成る動弁装置において、前記揺動
アームに、前記揺動アーム軸内における潤滑油供
給通路と前記雌ねじ孔とを連通するオイル通路を
、当該オイル通路が揺動アームの先端に開口する
ように穿設すると共に、該オイル通路に連通する
オイル噴出孔を、当該オイル噴出孔からの潤滑油
が前記カムの外周面におけるカム面のうち揺動ア
ームに接触・摺動する直前のカム面に向つて噴出
するように穿設したことを特徴とする内燃機関に
