Claims (1)
- エンドレス状弾性体の外周面に複数の突起状駆
動子を形成し、内周面に位相の異なつた圧電素子
を交互に配置した超音波モータを用いた搬送装置
において、被搬送物の少くとも一方の側に前記超
音波モータを設置し且つ進行波モードを形成し、
前記被搬送物を他方の側に設けた超音波モータ又
はローラ装置により挾持しながら超音波モータに
沿い移動させるように構成した超音波モータ搬送
装置。
