- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 所定間隔で対向して配設される縦ローラ対
と横ローラ対を交互に近接状態で並設すると共に
、該縦ローラ対及び横ローラ対を駆動源によつて
回転駆動し、該縦ローラ対と横ローラ対との間に
嵌入された原料野菜を横ローラ対と縦ローラ対と
で交互に押圧しながら搬送することを特徴とする
野菜揉み装置。 (2) 夫々の縦ローラ対及び横ローラ対はゴム材
を表面に被覆した可撓性ローラからなる実用新案
