It is necessary to reduce the width of the lead light gap of the core, a trend that arose from the viewpoint of core strength and workability.

Width 0.2 to 0.5 to insert core 102 of about 0.2 to 0.4 mm
A long hole (slot) 103 of about mm is drilled and the core 102 is completely separated from the hole wall of the long hole 103, and a jig is used to position the core 102 inside the long hole 103. It is assembled using extremely thin shims, and due to its small dimensions, it requires time to assemble under a magnifying glass.

The position of is determined by the plunge lengths a and b of the long-side plunge wall 4 and the short-side plunge wall 5. That is, the plunge length a of the long side plunge wall 4 determines the longitudinal position of the core 3 in the long hole 2, and the plunge length b of the short side plunge wall 5 determines the left and right position of the core 3 in the long hole 2. Determine the position of the direction. These plunge lengths a and b are between the front and rear, right and left sides of the hole wall of the elongated hole 2 of the slider 1 and the core 3〓C1.
Set C2 to be equal.

A filling portion 8 for the agent is formed.

に可能である。"Effects of the Invention" As mentioned above, the present invention is a magnetic head in which a core is arranged in a long hole of a slider and bonded with a binder interposed over the entire circumference, and one of the long sides of the long hole is This is a magnetic head in which a positioning step is formed at both ends, and the upper surface of both ends of the core is removed longer than the length of the step to form a binder-filled part. Since it is only necessary to contact the stepped portion, the assembly time can be reduced to 1/5 to 1/10 compared to the conventional method that uses shims. In addition, by making the core a bulk core and making it into one piece, and making the slider into one piece to simplify it, the assembly time can be shortened. Furthermore, the slider can be made into one piece and the shape of the elongated hole can be easily formed by press molding.
