5,5を接着固定してなるものであるが、ホルダ
ー2のダミーブロツク取付面2aが平担であるた
め、接着剤の塗布面が均一にならず、磁気ヘツド
のテープ走行面を正確に研磨できないものであ
り、しかもギヤツプ深さが正確に出なかつたりし
て、フロントコア5やダミーブロツク1が傾いて
固着され、周波数特性が劣化するなどの欠点があ
つた。また、ホルダー2とダミーブロツク1との
接着面から接着剤が浸み出してフロントコア5の
挿入取付が困難になる等の欠点があつた。

脂逃げ用切欠部15より注入したUV樹脂により
