Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、フレキシブルデイスクのようなデジ
タル記録装置の磁気ヘツドの製造方法に関する。

この種の磁気ヘツドとしては第1図a,bに示
すような構成がとられており、同図aは該磁気ヘ
ツドの主要な構成部品を示す分解斜視図で、1は
予め記録再生ギヤツプ1aを形成した記録再生コ
ア、2は記録再生コア1の両側に並設される消去
コア、3は消去コア2に設けたガラス等の非磁性
物質、4は前記消去コア2を挿入する溝部4aを
設けたセラミツク等からなる固定枠である。そし
て、これらの構成部品の組立ては、治具(図示せ
ず)を用いて同図bに示すように先ず有機系接着
剤で瞬間的に固定した後ガラスを溶融して結合し
ている。

の残部3bを設けておく、また、各消去コア2,
2の端面側には位置決め用の突起部2b,2bが

に、記録再生コア1の後部コア7を取り付け2つ
の消去コア2,2を磁気的に橋絡するためにその
後部にU字状後部コア8を設ける。
