Abstract

PURPOSE:To install a lightning rod fixed by engaging and inserting a lower stage expansion lever in a containing lever, engaging and inserting an upper expansion lever having a needle at the forward end in the lower expansion level, and forming then to expand/contract freely through a wire rope. CONSTITUTION:When a wire rope W is wound around a wire reel 61 of an elevater 60, the rope W between a forward end Wa of the rope W and a guide roller R6 becomes shorter, and an upper expansion lever 40 moves up to be elongated. The rope W between a guide roller R4 installed at a lower expansion lever 30 and a guide roller R3 installed at a containing lever 20 also becomes shorter, and the lower expansion lever 30 is elongated. Elongation of the expansion levers 40, 30 is stopped by stoppers 41, 31. In the meanwhile, when winding the rope W by the elevater 60 is stopped, the expansion levers 30, 40 move down by their own weight to be contained in the containing lever 20. A lead 71 connected between a needle 50 and a grounding rod 80 is released and wound by a constant load spring mechanism of a lead winding machine 70 corresponding to above elongation and contraction.

<Problem to be solved by the invention> Is installing lightning rods at high places as described above an effective means to prevent disasters caused by lightning strikes? It is not necessarily possible to install lightning rods at high places in all places.

For example, golf courses are generally built in mountainous areas, so they are often struck by lightning. For this reason, evacuation huts are set up at designated locations, and lightning rods are attached to the roofs of these huts to protect the players. However, in order to reliably protect players from the danger of lightning strikes, in other words, to protect players over a wide area, it is necessary to install lightning rods at higher positions. However, installing tall steel towers and installing lightning rods will impede play and also spoil the scenery of the golf course.

- In places where there are no tall buildings or steel towers nearby, such as event plazas or loading docks at ports, there is a high risk that temporary tents and luggage will be struck by lightning. However, if a fixed lightning rod is installed,
This will hinder the operation of events and the movement of transport vehicles. Furthermore, special locations such as outdoor electromagnetic wave measurement sites are often located on hilly areas in order to distinguish between external electromagnetic waves and noise from the equipment under test, and therefore there is a high risk of lightning strikes.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention was developed to solve each of the above-mentioned problems, and includes a lower telescopic rod inserted into a storage rod erected on a foundation, and a needle attached to the tip. This is a lightning arrester in which the upper stage telescopic rod is inserted into the lower stage telescopic rod to form the -1 stage telescopic rod and the lower stage telescopic rod so that they can be expanded and contracted. A wire rope is wound around a kite roller attached to the lower part, and its tip is fixed to the do part of the upper telescoping rod via the kite roller attached to the -L part of the lower telescoping rod, and this wire rope is operated manually or electrically. a wire winding machine that releases and winds up the conductor connecting the needle and the ground rod in response to the extension and contraction of the upper telescopic rod and the lower telescopic rod; It has been established.

According to the lightning arrester of the present invention, when the wire rope is wound up by the winding operation of the elevator, the L-stage telescopic rod and the lower-stage telescopic rod each extend in one direction, and the wire rope is rolled up by the winding operation of the elevator. Place it above the attached needle. Furthermore, when the wire rope is unwound by the elevator, the upper telescopic rod and the lower telescopic rod are respectively reduced in size and stored in the storage chamber, and the needle is placed near the ground.

The figure shows an automatic extension (winding) control circuit. In this control circuit, there is a lightning sensor (surge sensor) 91, a rain sensor 92, and other signals 93, such as a lightning strike condition. <Effects of the Invention> As mentioned above, the lightning arrester of the present invention is formed so that it can be expanded and contracted, so if it is kept in a contracted state above ground or underground, it will not interfere with play on a golf course or the like. Also, it does not spoil the surrounding scenery. Furthermore, even in places where there are no tall buildings or steel towers nearby, such as event plazas or loading docks at ports, by installing it in a basement, there will be no obstruction to the operation of the event or the transportation of loaded items. Moreover, it becomes possible to protect spectators, workers, and even conveyed objects from lightning strikes as appropriate.

Furthermore, even in special locations such as outdoor electromagnetic wave measurement sites, the lightning arrester can be contracted during measurement work and expanded only in the event of a lightning strike. By elongating it appropriately at times, damage to expensive measuring instruments and test materials can be prevented, and the safety of the person being measured can also be ensured.

[Scope of Claims] A lower telescopic rod is inserted into a storage rod erected on a foundation, and an upper telescopic rod with a protrusion attached to the tip is inserted into the lower telescopic rod to separate the upper and lower telescopic rods. A lightning arrester formed to be expandable and contractible, the lightning arrester being wound around a guide roller attached to a lower part of a lower telescopic rod via a guide roller attached to the storage rod, and a guide roller attached to an upper part of the lower telescopic rod. A wire rope whose tip is fixed to the lower part of the upper telescopic rod via a wire rope, an elevator that can wind up and unwind the wire rope manually or electrically, and connect the protrusion needle to a ground rod buried underground. 1. A lightning arrester comprising: a conductor winding machine that releases and winds up the conductor wire in response to the expansion and contraction of the upper telescopic rod and the lower telescopic rod.
