Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 排気通路内に設けたバタフライ型開閉バルブ
におけるバルブ軸の一端を排気通路外に突出し、
その突出端にバルブ軸を回転して開閉操作する開
閉手段を設けるとともに該バルブ軸の突出部の外
周に環状に形成した軸受用のブツシユを設けたも
のにおいて、前記ブツシユより排気通路側に位置
するバルブ軸を、前記ブツシユの内径より大径に
形成して、該大径部により形成される段面をブツ
シユの排気通路側端面に対向させ、しかも、該段
面をブツシユの前記端面に当接するようにバルブ
軸を付勢する付勢手段を設けたことを特徴とする
内燃機関の排気系用バルブ機構。 ２ 前記付勢手段が、前記バルブ軸の開閉手段と
排気通路間に開閉手段用のリターンスプリングを
圧縮介在し、該リターンスプリングの伸長力によ
つてバルブ軸に前記付勢力を付与するように構成
されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の内燃
機関の排気系用バルブ機構。
