【特許請求の範囲】 1 袋詰めホツパー5の下端部で下方がわに延設
した穀粒取出用筒体38に対して、その穀粒取出
用筒体38の筒軸芯方向に沿つて摺動自在に嵌装
してあるブーツ19を、袋支持杆10a,10b
に保持されている袋の上部開口に挿入した下降位
置と、前記袋の上部開口から抜け上がつた上昇位
置とに上下位置切換え自在に設けてあるととも
に、下記〔イ〕〜〔ホ〕に記載の構成を備えてい
る穀粒袋詰め装置のブーツ操作構造。 〔イ〕 前記ブーツ19の昇降作動用の駆動源とし
て、回転作動される無端回動帯26を用いると
ともに、その無端回動帯26の作動を前記ブー
ツ19の上下位置切換作動に変換して伝達する
ための操作機構39を備えている。 〔ロ〕 前記無端回動帯26は、正逆転切換自在に
構成されているとともに、その回転作動を前記
操作機構39に伝達する操作部材28を備えて
いる。 〔ハ〕 前記操作機構39は、前記無端回動帯26
の正転および逆転作動に伴つて、前記操作部材
28に接当して正逆方向での二位置に姿勢切り
換え自在に構成された被操作部材24と、その
被操作部材24の前記正逆方向への姿勢切り換
え作動に伴つて、前記ブーツ19の上下位置を
切換える連係手段23とを備えている。 〔ニ〕 前記被操作部材24は、前記無端回動帯2
6の回動軌跡内に突入した接当作用範囲で、前
記正逆方向での二位置に姿勢切り換え自在に構
成されているとともに、その接当作用範囲であ
る前記軌跡内から外れた位置の退避範囲にも位
置移動可能に構成されている。 〔ホ〕 前記連係手段23は、前記接当作用範囲内
での、前記被操作部材24の一方向への移動に
伴つて前記ブーツ19を上方または下方へ位置
移動させ、かつ他方向への移動に伴つて前記ブ
ーツ19を逆方向へ位置移動させる作動伝達部
材23bを備えているとともに、前記被操作部
材24の、前記操作部材28との接当による前
記軌跡外への退避移行を許し、かつ前記操作部
材28との接当解除に伴つてその被操作部材2
4を前記軌跡内へ突入させる側へ弾性付勢する
復元手段23aを備えている。
