(Prior art) Conventionally, in the case of an auxiliary support that can be used to damage or damage the free end of a cantilevered roof for a simple garage, the auxiliary support is divided into at least two parts, upper and lower, and each part is slidable in the longitudinal direction relative to the other. In addition, an example of a device constructed of elongated members connected to each other so as to be fixed at an appropriate position is the Utility Model No. 57-
A device is known that is published in Utility Model Publications No. 199667 and No. 57-199668, in which a diagonal guide groove is provided in the opening at the lower end of the anchor by inserting it from above into the locking pin horizontally suspended at the lower end of the auxiliary column. For example, in the 1970s, a lock plate was installed at the lower end of the auxiliary support column, and the notch was opened and closed by vertical movement.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the first two inventions mentioned above, mutual sliding of the two divided upper and lower strut members is prevented by screwing into the adjustment receiving member and the fixing member fixed within each elongated member. The sliding operation is performed by moving the pitch of the screw by rotating a long member, which takes time and effort, requires a large number of parts, requires rotation, and the sliding part has a circular cross section. In the latter two designs, the notch part is inserted into the anchor's latching pin from above, so the entire auxiliary column must be moved up and down, so the column must be moved in a horizontal plane to adjust the engagement position. In addition, the lock plate is difficult to rotate, and since the lock plate is operated by a knob, it is troublesome to operate it with your fingers, and the movement of the lock plate can be hindered by dirt rising from the base and entering the gap between it and the inner wall of the column. There are some problems, such as: The purpose of this invention is to efficiently and quickly lock the upper anchor with an extremely simple and easy-to-operate shortening/extending structure and horizontal movement and rotation using the upper end of the column as the fulcrum and pivot. To release the lock, all you have to do is press it with your foot.Latching can be done almost automatically depending on the weight of the locking fitting by simply removing the foot that was pushing down, or it can be shortened and used for beams, etc. To provide an auxiliary support device capable of storing a cantilevered roof for a simple garage, which can be safely held without causing problems such as falling accidents due to gusts of wind, even when stored on the lower surface.

(Structure of the invention, means for solving problems) Hereinafter, the structure of the invention will be described with reference to embodiments of the invention shown in the drawings. In Figure 8, A is a simple garage with a cantilevered roof to which the present invention is applied, and B is a flat or slightly sloped surface on which the simple garage A is installed, usually made of poured concrete, ground or gravel. C is the foundation of the parking space with a cantilever type simple garage, and C is the roof of a simple garage with vinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, etc. The roof is made of a synthetic resin material or a corrugated sheet of reinforced plastic material reinforced by adding glass fiber or the like to the above synthetic resin material, or a wire mesh corrugated sheet thereof, and furthermore, front and rear fascia and left and right side panels are arranged to form a roof. Form. D is the main support pillar that supports the roof C, and the lower part D1 of multiple pillars is buried at appropriate intervals in the ground of the foundation B and fixed with concrete, etc., and the upper ends of each pillar are connected with a rear girder. The rear end portion F1 of the beam F is fixed to the rear end portion F1 of the beam F. E is a brace fixed to each beam F and the main support post D, and G is a bent metal material such as steel whose base is buried in the ground in the foundation B slightly in front of the front edge C1 of the roof C. Place the upper part on the base B with the anchor
Expose to the top. H An auxiliary support that is installed at a length equal to or less than the main support support D, supports the beam F between the lower surface of the front end F2 of the beam F and the exposed upper end of the anchor G, and strengthens the strength of the roof. Then, release the engagement with the anchor G, rotate the upper end as a support shaft until it abuts parallel to the lower surface of the beam F, and when storing it, slide the lower rod of the auxiliary support column H into two to the upper rod. It can be stored and shortened. K is an anchor G fixed to the cane E or beam F
A holding fitting equipped with a locking rod made of a metal material similar to that used to lock and hold a shortened auxiliary column.
In addition, for the above-mentioned main support D, cane E, beam F, auxiliary support H, etc., hollow rectangular tube materials such as aluminum alloy, steel, stainless steel, square pipe materials, round pipe materials, H-shaped materials, etc. are used. In the case of aluminum alloy, the extruded hollow shape material has an elegant appearance and good durability, and when necessary in snowy areas, etc., it can be used to increase strength by inserting a square steel pipe etc. inside the support. I can do it. Next, in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 a, 1 is the upper rod of the auxiliary support H, which has a hollow cylinder or pipe shape with a square or round cross section, and 2 is coaxial with the hollow body of the upper rod 1. The lower rod 3 is loosely fitted and is slidable in the axial direction of the auxiliary support column H and has the same cross-sectional shape as the upper rod 1 and is made slightly smaller or larger. Through-holes with the same inner diameter are bored in the lower end portion 1a and the upper end lower portion 2a at opposite positions with their axes horizontally aligned, and 4 indicates each of the upper and lower rods 1 and 2. When the two opposing through holes 3 are overlapped and matched, the bolt of the connecting member L is removably attached to the through hole 3 from the outside of the upper rod 1, and in the case shown in the figure, both the head 4a and the nut 4b are Although it is shown as a shape, it can be changed to a hexagonal shape, etc., if necessary. In addition, 3a is a preliminary through hole with a diameter smaller than the through hole 3 drilled in the upper part of the lower end of the lower beam 2, and when the auxiliary strut H is shortened, the bolt 4 can be inserted through this preliminary through hole 3e and the through hole 3 of the upper beam 1. By stacking them together, you can prevent them from being lost. Incidentally, if it is troublesome to attach and detach the bolt 4 and nut 4a, or if there is a need to prevent loss, a separate joining member shown in FIG. 2b may be used. In the figure, when the upper rod 1 and the lower rod 2 are in an extended state, there are thin holes 3 that are loosely fitted and locked in two opposing holes 3 from the outside of the upper rod 1, which are overlapped and matched. Insert the pin 3a whose base is fixed into the narrow leaf spring 3b, push down the retaining ring 3c loosely fitted to the upper rod 1, and press it so that the pin 3a does not come off from the through hole 3. Conversely, when shortening the auxiliary column H by inserting the lower column 2 into the hollow body of the upper column 1, press the retainer ring 3c.
is pulled upward to free the movement of the leaf spring 3b, and the pin 3a is removed from the through hole 3 by its restoring force or by manual operation as necessary, and the lower rod 2 is moved against the upper rod 1.
may be made slidable. 3d is a retainer for preventing the presser ring 3c from coming off. Next, in Figures 1 and 3a, 5
is a lower locking metal fitting attached and fixed to the lower end 2b of the lower rod 2, and in the case shown in the figure, it forms a U-shape with the bottom plate 5a and the side plates 5b provided on both sides thereof, and the side plates 5b The upper through hole 5c is bored near the lower end 2b of the lower rod 2, and the through hole 2c has a small diameter.
The fixing bolts 6 are inserted and fixed by tightening the bolts 6. At this time, the side plates 5b are installed inside or outside the lower end of the lower rod 2 of the hollow rectangular tube (the figure shows the interior). In addition, even if the upper rod 1 and the lower rod 2 are made of round pipe materials with a circular cross section, side plates consisting of a square tube and a differently curved surface may be installed by standing them upright, but the lower locking metal fittings can be attached through both sides. 5, the side plate 5b is a flat plate, and its upper end is joined to the top plate so that the vertical cross section is shaped like an opening, or it is shaped like an inverted U-shape without a bottom plate, and the center of the top plate is a caster type turntable used for opening and closing the telescopic gate. By installing the moving shaft and fixing the tip of the shaft to the lower end of the lower rod 2, the lower locking metal fitting 5 can be rotated freely, which is convenient for matching the direction when engaging with the anchor. Since there is no need to change the cross-sectional shape of the side plate 5b depending on the cross-sectional shape of the lower rod 2, it is convenient for production because it is easy to assemble parts. Reference numeral 7 denotes a pair of locking notches provided along the bottom plate 5a from the lower end of the front edge 5e of the side plates 5b on both sides of the lower locking fitting 5, and the upper side 7a of the locking notches 7 is in the case of a single-flow type roof C. In order to effectively support the roof load applied to the auxiliary support column H in accordance with the inclination angle θ of the roof, the lower locking bracket 5 is placed at an angle of approximately θ with respect to the lower side 7b, which is approximately parallel to the bottom plate 5a. It works well when set towards the target. The depth of the locking notch 7 is such that the rear end is located a little further back from approximately the center of the side plate 5b (approximately half the width of the anchor), and the width of the anchor storage portion 8 at the deepest part of the notch is set to the depth of the anchor. diameter or width of G;
Set the dimensions to be slightly larger than the thickness. Next, 5g is a small diameter shaft hole drilled slightly toward the center from the rear edge 5f of the side plates 5b on both sides. Attach the end of the pivot shaft by caulking, etc., and attach the stopper. Reference numeral 10 denotes a stop for the anchor G which is pivotally supported on the lower locking metal fitting as described above, and is composed of opposing side plates 10a and a connecting plate 10b that connects both sides at their bases. 10c is a through hole corresponding to the small diameter through hole 8 of the side plate 5b of the lower locking fitting 5 bored in the rear part thereof;
Further, reference numeral 10e denotes a foot-operated lever for releasing the lock, which is provided on the upper part of the rear end 10d of the side plate 10a on the opposite side from the pawl 11. Next, in FIG. 1, reference numeral 12 denotes an upper connecting fitting formed in an inverted U shape with a top plate 12a and side surfaces 12b hanging down on both sides. with the side plates 12b on both sides facing up.
to the facing surface 1c of the opposite rectangular tube-shaped or cylindrical side of the upper rod 1, and a through hole (not shown) drilled at a horizontally opposing position in the lower center thereof is inserted into the upper end portion 1b of the upper rod 1.
The upper rod 1 is horizontally supported by the upper locking metal fitting 12 by overlapping and matching the through hole (not shown) drilled in the upper rod 1 and inserting the pivot bolt 13 and fixing it with a nut. This makes it possible to rotate the auxiliary support column H in a pendulum manner. Reference numeral 14 denotes a long upper end suspension bolt that is inserted into a through hole (not shown) drilled in the center of the upper connecting fitting 12 from the inside of the inverted U-shaped frame of the fitting toward the top surface of the top plate 12. Its head is located inside, and its male screw portion 14a is a seat plate-shaped spacer 15 made of stainless steel, aluminum, hard sponge such as hard foamed urethane, wear-resistant synthetic resin material such as epoxy resin, or synthetic rubber. The lower end of the suspension bolt 14 is attached to the vertical axis by passing the tip F1 of the beam F through the bolt, fitting the nut 14c into the tip 14b of the protruding male threaded portion 14, and attaching the suspension bolt 14 to the tightening beam F. As a result, in the horizontal plane, the auxiliary column H can be rotated about a vertical axis perpendicular to the horizontal plane. Next, Figures 1 and 4
In the figure, 16 is a part of the anchor G buried in the ground below the base B, and 17 is a locking rod that slightly protrudes from the upper surface of the base B and has a horizontal or slightly curved engagement part. The anchor G of the present invention is the lower locking metal fitting 5
A bent body of a metal rod such as a steel or stainless steel material or a narrow and thin band-like plate material that can be stored somewhat loosely in the anchor storage part 8 of the Although it is made by bending it into a shape, it has enough strength that it will not easily deform when a car tire rides on it. Next, in FIGS. 1, 5, and 6, K is the fixed part of the cane E to the beam F, or the two transparent parts of the mounting plate 18 that are attached directly to the beam F, either separately or integrated by welding or the like. The auxiliary column H is fixed to the hole 18a with a tapping screw or the like to the hole 18a (not shown), so that the auxiliary column H can be used even in snowless or snowy seasons, when the load on the roof B is low due to snow removal, or when there is a strong wind in other normal areas. If there is no risk of a large load being applied to the roof due to weather or gusts of wind, etc., and if the roof is in the way for a long time or if it will temporarily get in the way when driving in and out, move the long auxiliary support H to the hollow part of the upper rod 1 and the lower rod. After shortening by sliding and pushing in 2, rotate the lower end of the column upwards as shown by the arrow in Fig. 8, using the pivot bolt 13 of the upper connecting fitting 12 as the horizontal axis, so that it is parallel to the lower part of the beam F. When storing, slightly rotate the locking notch 7 of the lower locking metal fitting 5 of the lower rod 2 as necessary, and then adjust the horizontal position of the hook-shaped locking rod 19 of the holding metal fitting K fixed to the cane E or beam F. It is hooked onto the engaging part 19a of the part and further closes the locking notch 7 with the claw 11 of the stopper 10 to securely prevent the stored auxiliary support H from falling onto the base B at the bottom, the roof of the car, or the human body. In addition, 19b is the engaging part 1
A fall stop provided by bending the tip of 9a upward prevents the auxiliary support column H from falling sideways from the engaging portion 19a. Since this drop stop 19b is provided, even if the lower end of the lower rod 2 is directly hooked onto the engaging portion 19a, there is little risk of the auxiliary column falling unless the corner of an extremely tall item is hooked. . The above hook-shaped hanging rod 1
9 is made by bending the same material as Anchor G. In addition, among the above-mentioned parts, the metal fittings such as the lower locking metal fitting 5, the stopper 10, and the upper connecting metal fitting 12 are manufactured by processing light alloy or steel castings, bent pieces, or the like.

The one shown in FIGS. 7a and 7b is a modification of the lower locking fitting 5 shown in FIG. The side plate 10a is connected by connecting pieces 10f and 10g, and a stopper 10 is fitted from the upper part to the outside of the side walls on both sides of the lower locking metal fitting 5, and the stopper 10 is fitted to the upper side of the lower locking fitting 5 at approximately the height of the lower side 7b of the locking notch 7. A locking edge 5h is installed on the rear side of the left and right side plates 10a, which are equal to each other, to prevent the stopper 10 from falling off. If necessary, an operating piece 10h of an appropriate size may be provided on the side plate 10a on both sides or one side of the stop 10 to facilitate release of the locking notch 7 of the stop 10. In addition, in the illustrated example, the connecting piece 10g of the stopper 10 is large, and the side plate 10b is heavy at the rear, so there is no need to provide a locking edge on the connecting piece on the front side of the stopper 10, and the locking edge 5h and frame The presence of the body prevents it from coming off 10
Even if there is a somewhat large gap between the holder 10 and the lower locking metal fitting 5, there is no fear that the stopper 10 will fall off downward. The rest are the same as in Figure 3.

(Function) Although the embodiment of the present invention has the above partial structure,
Its main effects will be explained below. First, in the state shown by the solid line in FIG.
It is placed in a so-called extended state, which is installed between the lower surface of the base B and the anchor G that exposes the locking rod 17 on the upper surface of the base B and fixes the lower buried part 16 in the ground of the base B. The operation for this purpose is to first remove the connecting bolt 4 and nut 4b as the connecting member L from the hollow body of the upper rod 1 of the auxiliary support H, and then pull out and extend the lower rod 2 in a slidable state. Lower end 1 of upper rod 1
a and the two opposing through holes 3 of the same diameter drilled in the upper end lower part 2a of the lower lever 2, and insert the joining bolt 4 into that hole and screw it with the nut 4b, then the upper lever 1
and the lower rod 2 are very easily integrated into one, and the auxiliary support H
It is placed in a usable stretched state that has lost its strength. From this state, push down the lever 10e of the stopper 10 attached to the lower locking metal fitting 5 at the lower end of the lower lever 2 of the auxiliary column H with your foot or finger, and move the claw 11 upward about the pivot shaft 9. Then, if necessary, the auxiliary column H is rotated using the lower end of the suspension bolt 14 at its upper end as a vertical support axis, and the anchor G is engaged. The horizontal locking notch 7 of the lower locking metal fitting 5 provided at the lower end of the lower rod 2 is engaged with the engaging portion 17a of the locking rod 17, and the lever of the locking rod 10 is released while the locking notch 7 of the lower locking fitting 5 provided at the lower end of the lower rod 2 is stored in the anchor storage section 8 at the back. When the tip of the foot or the like is released from the lock 10e, the lock 10 descends around the pivot shaft 9 due to its own weight, and its pair of opposing pawls 11 close the entrance/exit side of the lock cutout 7. Moreover, since the engaging portion 17a of the anchor G in the anchor storage portion 8 is held in place, the lower end of the auxiliary column H can be surely engaged with the anchor G as shown in FIG. 3b. I can do it. Next, release the above engagement state, release the auxiliary strut H from the anchor G,
When storing the auxiliary support column H on the lower surface of the beam H and holding it by the holding metal fitting K, first push down the lever 10e of the stopper 10 downward again with the tip of your foot and release its claw 11. Rotate or move the lower end of the side auxiliary column H removed from the locking notch 7 in a horizontal plane with the lower end of the suspension bolt 14 as the vertical axis, or in the front-back or left-right direction with the pivot bolt 13 as the horizontal axis. The locking notch 7 is pulled out from the locking rod 17 of the anchor G, and the engagement between the auxiliary column H and the anchor G is released. After that, release the tip of your foot from the lever 10e, loosen the nut 4b and pull out the joint bolt 4 that connects the upper and lower rods 1 and 2, and then push the lower rod 2 deep into the hollow of the upper rod 1 to assist. Shorten strut H. In addition, if necessary, attach the joint bolt 4 removed as described above to the lower rod 2.
It is preferable to insert the nut 4a into the preliminary through hole 3a near the lower end and screw it on to prevent loss. Next, holding the lower part of the shortened auxiliary column H, rotate and move the upper end pivot bolt 13 as the horizontal axis of rotation, and furthermore, in order to bring the auxiliary column H closer to the lower surface of the beam F, rotate and move the lower end of the suspension bolt 14 as the vertical axis. Meanwhile, lift the lower part of the beam in the direction of the arrow in Figure 1.
When approaching the lower surface, the locking notch 7 of the lower locking metal fitting 5 is rotated about the lower end of the suspension bolt 14 as a vertical axis, if necessary, to hook the holding metal fitting K fixed to the cane E or beam F. Hook it on the engaging part 19a of the stopper 19 from above, and then use the claw 11 of the stopper 10 to tighten the stopper notch 7.
is closed to complete the storage of the shortened auxiliary support column H.
