Claims (1)
- 内部が複数のゾーンに仕切られたボツクス、同
ボツクスの前記各ゾーンに対応する部分にそれぞ
れ嵌装されたそれぞれ大きさの異る電子冷却素子
、同電子冷却素子の表面に気流を発生させる放熱
フアン、および、あるゾーンの温度と予め設定さ
れた温度との差に基いて、前記電子冷却素子に対
して通電制御を、前記放熱フアンに対して通電制
御と回転速度調節制御とを行うコントローラを備
えたことを特徴とする冷却ボツクス装置。
