9には消臭ユニツト20を装着し、消音箱19の
端部を調理器本体1の適宜箇所に開口した排気口
21に連繋したので、吸引口5にて吸引した排ガ
ス中に混在する焼煙、油粒子等の有害成分を帯電
作用により電気集塵ユニツト11,11aにて効
率良く電気的に吸着除去せしめることが出来、電
気集塵ユニツト11,11aにて有害成分が除去
され、更に排ガスは消音箱19内へ至り、該消音
箱19内で吹き出し音が消音されると共に、消臭
ユニツト20により消臭、香付けされ、排ガスは
クリーンなガスとして室内排気せしめることが出
来、よつて排ガス中の有害成分の除去を調理器本
体1の内部機構のみにて処理出来るため、従来の
集中ダクト方式の様に別途床下へのダクト配管を
要することなく設備費の低減を図らしめることが
出来ると共に、座敷内へ直接運搬設置せしめるこ
とが出来、又調理器本体1の底面部にはキヤスタ
ー22,22a……を装着せしめたので、座敷内
において自在に移動可能となるため、焼煙の発生
がないことと相俟つて天麸羅等の揚げたての調理
物を目前より安心して供給することが出来る等そ
の実用的効果甚だ大なるものである。
