Abstract

ことなく、長期において位置精度を確保でき、良好な外
観を維持することが可能な樹脂板を提供することを目的
としている.[課題を解決するための手段] 前記課題を解決するために、この発明は、基部に接着す
る樹脂板において、外殼を形威し凹部を有する樹脂体と
、この樹脂体の凹部に露出部を有するように設けられた
弾性体とからなり、この弾性体の露出部側を接着側とし
、少なくとも樹脂体を前記基部に接着するようになした
ことを特徴としている. 【作用] この発明では、樹脂体の凹郎に弾性体を露出部を有する

その平面図である. 図面中、符号1は樹脂板で、外殼を形成し凹部2aを有
する樹脂体2と、この樹脂体2の凹部2aに露出部3a
を有するように設けられた弾性体3とからなり、この弾
性体3の露出面側を接着側とし、樹脂体2と弾性体3の
露出部3aとを基部4に接着するように構成されている
. この樹脂体2は第2図に示すように正方形のパネル状に
形成され、その凹部2aも正方形に形成されている.こ
の凹部2aはその開口部2bが小さく形成されて段部2
Cを形成して、弾性体3を確実に保持するようになって
いる. 樹脂体2は透明樹脂で形成されており、この凹部2aに
弾性体3が塗料(顔料)5を介して設けられ、弾性体3
の露出部3aが樹脂体2の接着面2dと同一平面となっ
ている.この樹脂体2の凹部2aに充填された弾性体3
の露出部3aは、樹脂体2の接着面2dに対して、例え
ば10〜90%の範囲とすると、樹脂体2の熱膨張や膨
潤を吸収でき、しかも基部4に強固に接着することがで
き好ましい. また、樹脂体2を透明樹脂で形成して塗料5を用いるこ
とで、樹脂板1に色彩や1様を付けることができ、これ
で意匠効果をもたせることが可能であり、樹脂板1の風
合いを保ち良好な外観を得ることができる. なお、樹脂体2は透明のものに限定されず、樹脂体2自
体に色彩や模様を設けてもよい.樹脂体2にはアクリル
系、エステル系、エチレン系、カーボネート系及びこれ
らの混合体又は共重合体ボリマー等が用いられており、
この樹脂体2の戒形時に消泡剤を混合する. アクリル系、エステル系、エチレン系、カーボネート系
及びこれらの混合体又は共重合体ボリマー等の樹脂は、
その成形時に架橋反応による反応熱が発生し、残留モノ
マーや水等が沸騰し、気泡となり残ってしまうという現
象が起きる.そこで、この現象の解決策として、成形前
に真空脱気したり、成形時に加圧したり、成形時の温度
を微妙にコントロールし、出てきた気泡が逃げる粘度に
樹脂の固化を調整する等の方法が採られていた.しかし
、これらの方法では工程数が増えたり時間がかかったり
する欠点があったが、消泡剤を入れることで戊形時の発
泡を防ぐことができ、成形前に真空脱気したり、加圧し
たり、成形時する等の手段をとるものに比して工程を省
略することができ、また成形時の温度を制御して発生す
る気泡が逃げる粘度に樹脂の固化を調整するものに比し
て短時間に威形することができる. 弾性体3は例えばゴム等の低弾性ボリマー等が用いられ
、樹脂体2の凹部2aに充填されている. この樹脂板1を基部4に接着するには樹脂体2の接着面
2d及び弾性体3の露出面3aに接着剤6を塗布し、基
部4に接着させる. このように、樹脂板1はその樹脂体2の凹部2aに弾性
体3を露出部3aを有するように設けたので、この樹脂
体2が熱や水等の影響で熱膨張や膨潤により湾曲するこ
とがあっても、弾性体3が樹脂体2の変形を吸収し、基
部4から剥離することが防止される.また、樹脂板1の
接着面2dが基部4に接着されているから、長期にわた
る位置精度を確保することができる. 第3図及び第4図はさらに他の実施例を適用した相脂板
の断面図である. 第3図に示す樹脂板10では、樹脂体l1の凹部11a
が断面コ字状に形成され、この凹部l1aに塗料12を
介して弾性体13が充填されている.この弾性体13の
露出部13aと樹脂体11の接着面1lbが同一面にな
っており、これらが基部14に接着剤15で接着される
