Detailed Description of the Invention [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a partial protrusion method for producing a steel plate with partial protrusions by hot rolling, in which an uneven pattern continuous in the rolling direction is partially formed in the width direction of the plate. Concerning the manufacturing method of attached steel plates. [Prior art] A steel plate with partial protrusions, in which a concavo-convex pattern continuous in the rolling direction is partially formed in the temporary width direction, is used as a non-slip flooring material used for stairs and steps of vehicles, ships, industrial machines, etc. It is widely used. It is customary to impart an uneven pattern to a steel plate with partial protrusions during the finishing stage of hot rolling. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, the steel plate 7 is rolled by a partially patterned work roll l in which a continuous uneven pattern 1a is partially formed in the axial direction on the circumferential surface. An uneven pattern 8a that is continuous in the rolling direction is partially provided on the surface in the width direction of the sheet.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) In the steel plate with partial protrusions manufactured in this manner, the position of the uneven pattern often differs in the width direction of the plate depending on the place where the steel plate is used. Different types of partially protruded steel plates having different positions of uneven patterns have conventionally been manufactured using separate partially patterned work rolls depending on the type. Therefore, when manufacturing a wide variety of steel plates with partial protrusions, the same number of work rolls with partial patterns as the number of types of steel plates with partial protrusions is required, and the number of work rolls in stock increases. This poses a problem in that not only does the manufacturing cost of the rolls increase, but it also takes time and effort to replace the work rolls.

[Function] When a partially patterned work roll, in which a continuous uneven pattern is partially formed in the axial direction in the circumferential direction, is set at a specific position in the axial direction and a steel plate is rolled, a continuous uneven pattern is formed in the rolling direction. A steel plate with partial protrusions is produced, in which a concavo-convex pattern is partially imparted in the width direction of the plate. Furthermore, if a steel plate is rolled with the same partially patterned work roll as above offset from the specific position by a certain distance in the axial direction, even though the same partially patterned work roll is used, A steel plate with different types of partial protrusions in which the uneven pattern is offset in the width direction of the plate is manufactured.

Note that a method for manufacturing a dissimilar steel plate by displacing a patterned roll having an uneven pattern on the circumferential surface of the work roll in the roll axis direction is disclosed in JP-A-62-118903. However, this method focuses on making the temporary width direction positions of individual protrusions different on the front and back surfaces in order to change the strength of the steel plate and its integration characteristics with concrete, etc. The purpose and structure are completely different from the method of the present invention in which the shape area of a certain uneven pattern is changed in the board width direction.

The hot rolling mill is located at the final stage of the rolling line, and includes a pair of upper and lower work rolls 1.2, and a pair of bank-up rolls 3.4 provided to sandwich the work rolls 1.2 from above and below. It is equipped with The upper work roll l is a partially patterned work roll in which a continuous uneven pattern 1a is formed symmetrically on the left end, center, and right end in the axial direction. A hydraulic cylinder 5.6 for independently deflecting the upper and lower work rolls 1.2 in the axial direction is connected to each shaft end of the upper and lower backup rolls 3 and 4. A pressing mechanism (not shown) is provided for applying bender pressure. Note that hydraulic cylinders 5 and 6 for axially deflecting the upper and lower work rolls 1.2 are used for edge drop reduction and flatness control. The conventional hot rolling mill can be used as is.
The upper and lower work rolls are shifted in the axial direction using hydraulic cylinders, etc., and the position of the upper and lower work rolls in the sheet width direction relative to the steel sheet is changed to reduce edge drop and control flatness. However, the upper and lower work rolls are symmetrically offset in opposite directions, and the offset position is about 0 to 400 ohms.

The hydraulic cylinder 5 connected to the partially patterned work roll l is operated to align the axial center of the partially patterned work roll l with the center of the steel plate passing surface in the plate width direction. After starting the rolling mill, when the steel plate 7, which is flat on both sides, is inserted between the upper and lower work rolls 1.2 of the rolling mill, as shown in FIG. The uneven pattern 1a provided on both ends is transferred to the upper surface of the temporary steel 7, resulting in a steel plate 8 with partial protrusions on one side. Partially patterned work roll
The uneven pattern la in is symmetrical across the center of the roll axis, and the center of the roll axis coincides with the center in the temporary width direction of TI4Fi7, so the center part in the width direction of the top surface of the steel temporary 8 with partial protrusions on one side, and both ends. The striped uneven patterns m8a formed continuously in the rolling direction at three locations are symmetrical with respect to the center in the temporary width direction.

The hydraulic cylinder 5 connected to the partially patterned work roll l is operated to shift the axial center of the partially patterned work roll l to the right side of the center of the steel plate passing surface in the plate width direction. , miT is inserted between the upper and lower no-rolls 1.2, as shown in No. 11(b), continuous stripes are formed in the rolling direction on the left end, center, and right end of the upper surface of the steel sheet 7 in the sheet width direction. A concavo-convex pattern 8a is provided. However, the striped uneven pattern 8a imparted to the upper surface of the fabricated steel temporary 8 with partial protrusions on one side has a distribution biased in the direction of deviation due to the deviation of the partial pattern work roll l in the axial direction. Become. By deviating the work roll l with the partial pattern uA in the axial direction in this way, different types of steel temporary 8 with partial protrusions on one side having different positions in the temporary width direction of the uneven pattern 8a can be made from the same work roll l with the partial pattern. By the way, in the method for manufacturing a steel plate with partial projections of the present invention, camber occurs more significantly than in the case of rolling a general flat plate. This is because when the partially patterned work roll 1 is largely deviated in the axial direction, the uneven pattern 1a imparted to the surface of the partially patterned work roll l bites into the surface of the steel plate 7. This is thought to be caused by the action of strong directional steering wheel. FIG. 3 is a graph showing the relationship between the amount of axial deviation of the work roll and the amount of camber for the method of manufacturing a steel plate with partial projections of the present invention and the conventional method of manufacturing a flat plate. As can be seen from the figure, even for the same amount of roll deviation, the method of the present invention has an extremely larger camber than the conventional method, and the variation is also larger. Therefore, in the method of manufacturing a steel plate with partial projections of the present invention, suppression of camber is an important issue.

In this regard, according to the research conducted by the present inventors, it has become clear that creating a difference in the pressure applied to the upper and lower pack assemblies 3 and 4 on both sides is effective in suppressing the camber. FIG. 4 shows the relationship between the pressure difference between the F side (non-driving side) and the M side (driving side) and the amount of camber for a steel plate with partial protrusions and a flat plate. As is clear from the diagram, the bender pressure difference has a sufficiently large influence on camber even in steel plates with partial protrusions, although not as much as in flat plates. Therefore, in the manufacturing method of the steel plate with partial projections of the present invention, it is desirable to actively control the bender pressure difference so as to cancel out the camber. By actively controlling this pengu pressure difference, as shown in Figure 3, camber is suppressed to the same level in the production of partially protruded steel plates as in the production of flat plates. Figures 5(a) and 5(b) show two types of steel plates with partial protrusions on one side for car decks manufactured using the same partially patterned work roll l according to the manufacturing method of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 6, the uneven pattern 4I8a of the manufactured steel temporary with partial protrusions on one side has arc-shaped protrusions 9 with a width of 6ffIIl1, a length of 35mm, and a height of 1 to 3mm at a pitch of 50mm. The surface shape is alternately twisted at an angle of 45° in the rolling direction. In the steel plate with partial protrusions on one side in Fig. 5(a), part 1
Since the shaped work roll was held in the neutral position, camber did not occur due to the pengu pressure difference. In the steel plate with partial protrusions on one side shown in Fig. 5(b), the partially patterned work roll was deviated from the neutral position in the 150-axis direction, but because a pressure difference of 30 tons (from the F side to the M side) was applied. , production was carried out stably with almost no camber.

In the above embodiments, the upper work roll is used as a partially patterned work roll to produce a steel plate with partial protrusions on one side, but the lower work roll may also be used as a partially patterned work roll. Further, the manufacturing method of the present invention is capable of manufacturing not only a steel plate with partial projections on one side but also a steel plate with partial projections on both sides.

When manufacturing a steel plate with partial protrusions on both sides, Fig. 7(a)
As shown in (b), both the upper and lower work rolls 1.2 are partially patterned work rolls. The upper and lower partially patterned work rolls 1 and 2 may be deflected in the same direction as shown in FIG. You may let them. In the former case, it is possible to produce a double-sided partially protruded steel plate 8 in which the position of the uneven pattern 8a in the sheet width direction is the same on both sides, and in the latter case, the double-sided part with uneven patterns 8a in the temporary width direction position is different on both sides. A rope 8 with protrusions can be manufactured.
