Figure 5 shows the door of a conventional elevator (1986-
163471) as seen from the rear side, and FIG. 6 is a longitudinal sectional view of the one shown in FIG. 5. In the figure, the reference numeral 5 indicates a top plate forming the main body of the elevator door 1, and both vertically extending ends thereof are folded back to form a space 5A of a predetermined size. A reinforcing member 6A made of angle material is spot welded to the lower part between the folded portion 5B and the back surface of the top plate 5, thereby forming a reinforcing member 6. Moreover, what is shown by 7 in the figure is a door guide, which is constructed by fixing a sliding member 7B made of a synthetic resin such as nylon to the lower end portion of a core bar 7A made of a steel plate. This door guide 7 is fixed via a fastener 9 such as a bolt to a steel leg seat 8 which is welded and fixed to the reinforcing member 6A. The sliding member 7B of the door guide 7 is loosely fitted and supported in the guide groove 10A provided in the sill 10 forming the lower edge of the landing entrance 3, and furthermore, although not shown, the upper end of the top plate 5 is The elevator door 1 can be opened and closed by being suspended by a hanger.

In the case of the conventional elevator door 1 as described above, the leg seat 8 made of a thick plate with a screw hole for attaching the door guide 7 was fixed to the reinforcing member 6A by fillet welding, so that the door After manufacturing, to prevent the screw holes of the leg seat 8 from being filled with paint, the screw portions were masked while manufacturing the door. Masking work in narrow areas can easily hurt your hands and is unstable.
In addition, since it had to be fitted before painting and removed after painting, there was a problem of poor work efficiency.

FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an embodiment of this invention.
FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged sectional view showing the fastener, and FIG. 3 is a rear view of the main part of the elevator door. The same members as in the conventional example are given the same reference numerals, and explanations of their structures will be omitted. In the figure, 12 is a reinforcing member attached to the lower back side of the top plate 5. This reinforcing member 12 includes a first surface portion 12A extending from the back side of the folded portion 5B of the top plate 5 to the back surface of the top plate 5;
A second surface portion 12B is bent downward at a right angle from 2A and extends on the back surface of the top plate 5, and a third surface portion 12 extends upright from the second surface portion 12B toward the folded portion 5B.
C, a fourth surface portion 12D that is bent downward at a right angle from the third surface portion 12C and extends to the middle portion of the empty space 5A; and a fifth surface portion that extends upright from the fourth surface portion 12D toward the back surface of the top plate 5. Consists of 12E. Further, the fourth surface portion 12D of the reinforcing member 12 is formed with a metal fitting insertion hole 13 on the third surface portion 12C side and a bolt hole 14 on the fifth surface portion 12E side. The second surface portion 12B of the reinforcing member 12 is attached to the back surface of the top plate 5 by spot welding, screwing, adhesion, or the like.

In the elevator door configured as described above, when attaching the door guide 7 to the reinforcing member 12, first the reinforcing member 12 fixed to the back surface of the top plate 5 is attached.
One end of the U-shaped fitting 18 to which the nut 17 is fixed is inserted into the fitting insertion hole 13 of the U-shaped fitting 18. After that, the core metal 7A of the door guide 7 is superimposed on the fourth surface portion 12D of the reinforcing member 12, and the bolt 16 is passed through the mounting hole of the core metal 7A and the bolt hole 14 of the fourth surface portion 12D.
Connect the tip of the bolt 16 to the nut 17 of the U-shaped fitting 18 interposed between the top plate 5 and the fourth surface 12D.
The door guide 7 is fixed to the reinforcing member 12 by tightening the bolt 16 and nut 17. Therefore, the leg seats conventionally used for attaching the reinforcing member 12 of the door guide 7 are not required. For this reason, the positioning that occurs when using the leg seat,
Strain removal work and masking work are also eliminated, and the installation work of the door guide tool 7 can be carried out smoothly and easily.

It should be noted that the above embodiment is merely an example, and it goes without saying that various modifications can be made within the scope of the gist of the present invention. For example, the elevator door is not limited to a hall door like the door in the above embodiment, but can also be applied to a car door. Further, the bending structure of the reinforcing member is not limited to that of the above embodiment, but may be any other suitable structure. Further, the door guide is not limited to the one consisting of the core bar 7A and the sliding member 7B, but may be replaced with other structures such as a guide roller pivotally supported by a holder.

As explained above, this idea uses a reinforcing member with a bolt hole and a metal fitting insertion hole, and a fastener consisting of a U-shaped metal fitting to which a nut is fixed and a bolt, to penetrate the reinforcing member and the door guide. The door guide is fixed to the reinforcing member by tightening the bolt and the nut of the U-shaped fitting inserted through the fitting insertion hole of the reinforcing member fixed to the top plate, so the conventional leg seat is unnecessary. As a result, the positioning, strain relief work, and masking work that occur due to the use of leg seats are eliminated, and the efficiency of the installation work of the door guide is significantly improved.
