Conventionally, in van-type vehicles, if luggage is loaded to the rear of the front seats to a level higher than the height of the seat, sudden braking or vibrations or shocks while driving can cause the luggage to collapse forward, causing the luggage to collapse. There was a risk that the vehicle would fall toward the seat, interfering with the passenger's ability to drive.

In order to solve such problems,
As described in Publication No. 21628, a seat with a partition rod that can be retracted is provided, but this requires the seat itself to be manufactured separately, which has the disadvantage of increasing costs. A partition rod is fixed to the rear of the seat in the width direction of the vehicle.

However, even in this case, the baggage loaded above the partition bar is at risk of flying out to the front, so it does not function satisfactorily. Another disadvantage is that when no cargo is loaded, even if you try to fold the backrest of the seat backwards, the partition rod gets in the way and you cannot fold it back.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a van-type vehicle in which luggage can be loaded at the rear of the seat.
Both ends of the partition rod are attached so as to be rotatable up and down with rotation shafts in the vehicle width direction, and one end of the second partition rod is attached to a horizontal bar portion of the first partition rod extending in the vehicle width direction. The first partition rod is rotatably mounted with a rotation axis in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body when the first partition rod is in an upright state, and the second
The length of the second partition bar is such that it does not protrude from the horizontal bar part of the first partition bar in the vehicle width direction when the partition bar is rotated along the horizontal bar part of the first partition bar. When the two partition rods are in an upright position, a connection part to which the other end of the second partition rod is removably connected is provided on the ceiling wall of the passenger compartment, and the first and second partition rods connect the seats and cargo. It is characterized by the fact that it can be separated from the room.

When separating the seat and luggage, the first partition rod is raised upward, the second partition rod is raised upward, and the other end of the second partition rod is engaged with a connection part of the ceiling wall of the passenger compartment. That's fine. At this time, since the rotation axis of the first partition rod and the rotation axis of the second partition rod are in the orthogonal direction, even if the load of the cargo acts forward on the first and second partition rods, the rotation axis of the first partition rod , the joint part of the second partition rod will not bend. On the other hand, if the other end of the second partition rod is removed from the cabin ceiling wall and placed along the horizontal bar of the first partition rod, and the first partition rod is rotated downward, it will not interfere with the seat backrest. It can be stored without

One end 16a of the second partition rod 16 is pivotally attached to the horizontal bar portion 15c of the first partition rod 15 with a rotation axis perpendicular to the rotation axis of the first partition rod 15. The partition rod 16 has a length such that it does not protrude from the horizontal bar portion 15c of the first partition rod 15 in the vehicle width direction when it is rotated along the horizontal bar portion 15c of the first partition rod 15. A chevron-shaped bent portion 15b is formed in the center of the second partition rod 16 so as to match the bent portion 15b of the first partition rod 15. A telescopic connector 17 is attached to the other end of the second partition rod 16, and when the partition rod 16 is rotated to the vertical position, the connector 17 is connected to a hole formed in the ceiling wall 5 of the vehicle body 1. The partition rod 16 is fixedly attached by being removably fitted to the partition rod 16. As a result, the first and second partition rods 15,
16 is positioned and fixed in the upright position, and the front seat 1
A partition wall is formed between 2 and the rear seat 13.

As shown in FIG. 2, the back seat 13 of the rear seat 13 is designed to be folded backwards so that luggage 18 can be loaded on its upper surface. By the way, when the brakes are applied suddenly or when the vehicle is subjected to vibrations or shocks while driving, the luggage moves forward, and especially the luggage 18 loaded above the first partition bar 15 jumps out to the front seat 12 side.
This may impede the driving and safety of passengers. However, since partition bars 15 and 16 are installed above and below the rear of the front seat 12, the luggage 18
is prevented from falling toward the front seat 12 side by the partition rods 15 and 16, making it safe.

Furthermore, when a passenger sits with the backrest of the rear seat 13 raised, the partition rods 15 and 16 need to be retracted. In this case, first remove the connector 17 of the second partition rod 16 from the ceiling wall 5, lower this partition rod 16 to a horizontal position so that it matches the side of the first partition rod 15, and then remove both partition rods 15, 16 are integrally rotated downward using the bearing 2 as a fulcrum, and the floor 3
You can store it along the following lines. As a result, it does not take up space when stored and does not interfere with the occupant sitting in the rear seat 13. Furthermore, even when the backrest portion of the front seat 12 is folded back as shown by the dashed line in FIG. 2 and used as a so-called full flat seat, the backrest portion interferes with the partition rods 15 and 16, providing good storage performance.

In the above embodiment, the second partition rod 16 is provided only on one side because the backrest of the seat 12 on the other side prevents the luggage from falling forward. If necessary, another second partition bar 16' may be installed at a position symmetrical to the second partition bar 16, as shown by the broken line in FIG.

Further, as a method of connecting the end of the second partition rod 16 and the ceiling wall 5, the connecting tool 17 as in the above embodiment may be used.
For example, a connecting tool may be attached to the ceiling wall 5, and the end of the second partition rod 16 may be attached to and detached from the connecting tool.

As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, the first motor is attached at both ends to the lower side walls of the passenger compartment at the rear of the seat so as to be rotatable up and down with a rotation axis in the width direction of the vehicle.
Since the seat and the cargo space are separated by a partition rod and a second partition rod attached to the first partition rod with a rotation axis perpendicular to the rotation axis of the first partition rod, Even if cargo is loaded above the first partition bar without buckling at the connecting part, the second partition bar prevents the cargo from jumping out to the front, so the safety of the occupants can be ensured. In addition, when storing, the first and second partition rods can be folded together and stored below the vehicle body.
It does not get in the way when the backrest of the seat is folded backwards, and space can be saved. Furthermore, by connecting the other end of the second partition rod to the ceiling of the vehicle interior, the first partition rod and the second partition rod can be held in an upright state, so that the first partition rod and the second partition rod can be held. No separate means is required and the structure can be simplified.
