一方のロータを地面から浮上させなくとも、ハン
ドル操作でロータへの分担荷重を異ならせること
で機枠の移行速度を調整でき、なお全体としての
構成も極めて簡単なため、堅牢・安価に製作可能
にして一般需要家に広く供給できる等の実益を有
するものである。
