Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the end parts of tension materials to be anchored in a stable state by a method wherein anchoring plates installed to the front and the rear of an anchoring body and the coupling plate of a tension jig are intercoupled through a tie rod, and a shim is inserted in a gap part provided between the anchoring plate and a bearing board. CONSTITUTION:An anchoring plate 3 having a size larger than that of an adhering type anchoring body 1 and a coupling plate 9 of a tension jig 7 are installed to the tip part and the rear end, respectively, of the anchoring body 1 adhered to the tip parts of tension materials 2 and 2. The peripheral edge parts of the anchoring plate 3 and the coupling plate 9 are intercoupled through a plurality of tie rods 8 and 8. The tension jig 7 is stretched and shims 6 and 6 are inserted in a gap part provided between the anchoring plate 3 and a bearing board 5. This structure prevents inclination and jolting of the anchoring body 1, and eliminates a fear of a crack and partial breakage occurring.

Also, in order to tension tension material using this type of fixing device,
Attach a fixing body to the end of the tendon material using the adhesive force of the adhesive material, hook a hook to the fixing body, pull it with a tension jack, and insert a shim into the gap created between the fixing body and the bearing pressure plate. It is tensioned when inserted (see Figure 4).

The present invention relates to a tensioning method for tensioning material using a so-called adhesive type fixing body as a fixing tool for fixing the ends of the tendon material. A fixing plate having a diameter one size larger than that of the fixing body and a connecting plate of the tensioning jig are respectively installed at the rear end, and the peripheral edges of the fixing plate and the connecting plate of the tensioning jig are connected by a plurality of tie rods. Then, the above object is achieved by pulling the tensioning jig and inserting a shim into the gap formed between the fixing plate and the bearing pressure plate.
