As disc brakes for railway vehicles, a pair of brake shoes having a back plate with a fixed lining is attached to a brake head and suspended from the bogie frame, and the brake cylinders and brake levers act to brake the brake shoes. Braking force is obtained by sliding on both sides of the brake disc, or a pair of brake shoes are attached to the front and rear arms of the caliper supported on the bogie frame, and these are slid on both sides of the brake disc. There are some that obtain braking force. An example of the former is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 147133/1983. The mounting structure of this brake shoe on the brake shoe head will be explained. In Fig. 3.4, 11 is a brake shoe head, 11a is a dovetail groove or dovetail, each 1lb is an open end, each 110 is an arcuate recess, and each lid is a screw hole. In addition, 21 is a brake shoe, 2
2 is a lining 23a which is divided and fixed to the back plate 23;
23b is a dovetail or dovetail groove, and 23b is an arcuate recess. 31 each
31a is a fixing device, each support arm 31a is formed with a long hole 3lb, and is integrated with the fixing device 31 and protrudes from both sides; 31c is an anchor fixed to the center of the fixing device 31 under pressure. The pins 31d are bolt holes provided on both sides of the anchor pin 31C, and the pins 32 are support pins inserted into the long holes 3lb of each support arm and screwed onto both sides of the brake shoe head l1. , each 33 is the drill hole l of the brake shoe head.
This is a bolt that is screwed into the id to fix the fixture 31 to the brake shoe head 11. Then, insert the dovetail or dovetail groove 23a of the brake shoe into the dovetail groove or dovetail lla of the brake shoe head, screw each port 33 into each screw hole lid, and insert the anchor pin 31c into the arc-shaped recess of the brake shoe. 23b to fix the brake shoe 2l to the brake shoe head 11. Also, when removing the brake shoe 2l, screw both lower bolts 33 out of the double screw hole lid and pull them out. The brake shoe 21 was removed from the state where it was once received by the anchor pin 31c that engaged with the arcuate recess 23b. [Problem to be Solved by the Invention] However, in this type of conventional disc brake brake shoe mounting structure, when removing the brake shoe 21, both lower bolts 33 must be screwed out from both screw holes lid. When the brake shoe 2l is pulled out, the anchor pin 31c, which receives the weight of the brake shoe 2l, rotates together with the fixture 3l about the support pin 32, and the brake shoe 21 is disengaged from the anchor pin 31c, causing the brake shoe 2l to suddenly move. It was dangerous because it could fall.

[Means for Solving the Problem] This invention was made in view of such conventional technical problems, and its main purpose is to provide a brake shoe having a back plate to which a lining is fixed. A disk that is slidably fitted onto a brake shoe head or a caliper arm, and has an anchor flock protruding from which an anchor pin supporting the brake shoe is fixed to the brake shoe head or a caliper arm by detachable fixing means. In the brake shoe mounting structure, hanging fittings each having a long hole extending in the sliding direction of the brake shoe are provided on both sides of the anchor block, and a support member protruding from the brake shoe head or the arm of the caliper is provided. When the supporting member is inserted into each elongated hole and is engaged with the elongated hole, and the supporting member is positioned at the upper end of the elongated hole, the elongated hole and the supporting member are engaged and the hanging fitting is rotated relative to each other. This is a brake shoe mounting structure for a disc brake that has a shape that allows relative rotation between the elongated hole and the support member when the support member is located below the elongated hole. The support member has an elongated shape in the sliding direction of the brake shoe, and the elongated hole of the hanging bracket has a narrow portion at the upper end and a wide portion at the lower end. Further, the support member is constituted by a pair of pins provided at intervals in the direction of movement of the brake shoe and having a head,
The elongated hole of the hanging bracket made of spring material has a pair of narrow parts that non-rotatably engage with a pair of pins located at the upper end, and a pair of narrow parts that receive a pair of pins located in the middle so that they can swing relative to each other. It can be configured to have a shape having an intermediate portion and a wide portion that allows a pair of pins located at the lower end to pass therethrough.

Therefore, when removing the brake shoe from the brake shoe or the arm of the caliper, the removable fixing means is first removed. The brake shoe supported by the anchor pin descends together with the anchor block, and the upper end of the elongated hole of the suspension fitting locks with the support member, stopping the descent. As a result, the elongated hole and the support member are engaged, and the relative rotation of the suspension fitting, and thus the anchor block and the anchor pin, is suppressed, so that the brake shoe remains supported by the anchor pin and is prevented from falling. Next, the supporting member is positioned below the elongated hole, and the elongated hole and the supporting member are allowed to rotate relative to each other, and the hanging fitting is rotated around the supporting member to release the support by the anchor pin. Remove the brake shoes. Attaching the brake shoe to the brake shoe head can be done by reversing the above procedure. Even when installing the brake shoe, the elongated hole and the support member engage to prevent relative rotation of the hanging fitting, making it easy to install the fixing means. (Example) Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The brake shoe 21 is assembled by slidably fitting the brake shoe a into the dovetail groove or dovetail lla of the brake shoe head 1l. In addition,
In some cases, the back plate 23 is fixed to a fitting member in the form of a dovetail or dovetail groove, and this fitting member is slidably fitted to the brake shoe head 11. Reference numeral 3 designates an anchor block, into which an anchor pin 3a is press-fitted and fixed via a pusher 3b into a through hole formed in the center thereof. Each numeral 4 is a hanging metal fitting, and has a long hole 4a extending in the sliding direction of the brake shoe 2l. This long hole 4
3A is an assembly shape assembly to the brake shoe head 11, and the upper end portion is a narrow portion 4b, and the lower end portion is a wide portion 4c.
One end of this hanging metal fitting 4 is engaged with each stepped surface 3c of the anchor block 3 to prevent rotation.
They are each fixed to the anchor block 3 by one fixing pin 5 that is press-fitted onto both sides of the anchor block 3. Each of the support members 6 is press-fitted to both sides of the brake shoe head 1l, and has a long shape in the sliding direction of the brake shoe 21. Therefore, when the support member 6 is located at the upper end of the length TL4a and supports the hanging fitting 4, the narrow portions 4 of both elongated holes 4a

However, the length of the bolt 33 screwed into the brake shoe head l1 is as follows:
When the support member 6 is located at the upper end of the elongated hole 4a and supports the hanging fitting 4, the length is set so that it will not come off. Next, we will explain the effect. When removing the brake shoe 2l from the brake shoe head 1l, first remove both bolts 33 at the lower end. As a result, the brake shoe 2l supported by the anchor pin 3a descends together with the anchor block 3. As shown in FIG.
The relative rotation is suppressed by engaging with the As a result, brake shoe 2
1 maintains the state supported by the anchor pin 3a without falling. Next, anchor block 3 is attached to the first
Lift the support member 6 to the same position as shown in the figure (opening), align the support member 6 with the lower wide part 4C of the elongated hole 4a, rotate the anchor block 3 relative to the support member 6, and rotate the brake shoe 21. Release the support by the anchor pin 3a of the brake shoe 21! Drop it and remove it. The work of attaching the brake shoe 2l to the brake shoe head 1l can be done using the reverse hand ++1I. Also in that case, when the support member 6 is located at the upper end of the elongated hole 4a and supports the hanging metal fitting 4, the narrow portions 4b of both elongated holes 4a and both supporting members 6 engage with each other, and the hanging metal fitting 4 Bolt 33
This makes tightening easier. In addition, if the pair of hanging metal fittings 4 are each fixed with a spring material, the work of removing the anchor block 3 will be facilitated. That is, when removing the anchor block 3, the bolt 3

A side end of the anchor block 3 of the elongated hole 4°a, that is, approximately the lower half when it is attached to a vehicle, receives a pair of pins 8.9 having heads 8a and 9a located at the lower end so as to be able to pass therethrough. It has a wide part 4°b, and is formed at the upper end and the middle part to match the spacing between the pair of pins 8 and 9, and is non-rotatably engaged with the pair of pins 8 and 9 located at the upper end. A pair of narrow parts 4'c and 4"d are formed to meet each other (see Fig. 4 (a)), and a middle upper part, that is, a pair of narrow parts 4'
A pair of pins 8.c and 4'd are located in the middle.
It features a width intermediate portion 4'e that receives one of the pins 9, that is, the upper pin 8, so as to be able to swing relative to each other. Note that the length of the lower narrow portion 4°d in the sliding direction is the length of the pair of pins 8.
.. When the pin 8 in the upper position is received in the width intermediate part 4°e, the pin 9 in the lower position is shorter than the interval 9 in the wide part 4.
It is located at ゜b and is movable relative to the hanging fitting 4'. Therefore, the wide portion 4°b also functions as a width intermediate portion with respect to the lower pin 9. Next, the effect will be explained.
