- カツプ状槽の底部よりめつき液をアノード電極
を通して噴流させ、前記槽に近接して処理すべき
面を下にしておかれた半導体基板の上方よりカソ
ード側コンタクトをとつて処理するめつき装置に
おいて、被処理物をカツプ状槽内で自転及び公転
させる機構を有することを特徴とするめつき装置
。
