ロツド内の油室と通じさせ、中空ロツドの上部外
周にはオイルロツクケースと対向するオイルロツ
クピースを設け、バルブの上方に設けた油室は中
空ロツドに形成した圧オリフイスを介して中空ロ
ツド内の油室と連通していることを特とするフロ
