Claims (1)
- シール部を有する主部材を挟圧して流体のシー
ルをなすようにした弁装置において、前記主部材
の少なくとも外周部を熱融着可能なフツ素樹脂に
よつて構成するとともに前記外周部をバルブボデ
イ本体部に溶接又は融着したことを特徴とする弁
