Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本考案はオガ菌植菌機に於て植菌時に於けるオガ菌のホ
ルダーよりの食み出しに付いて改良考案したものである 従来のホルダーは第６図の如く左右２枚よりなり外側よ
り板ばね（１５）により挾持したホルダーであった。こ
の為ハンマーチップ（４）の首部（７）が通過する時必
然的に通過口（１６）が開いて其の下部より少し食み出
すことがあるこの解消の為に第３図の如くホルダーを多
層構造としてハンマーチップ（４）の首部（７）が通過
口（８）を通過してオガ菌を逐次下方へ移動さすに追従
してホルダー（３）を構成する各層のプレート９、１０
、１１、１２、が開く構造の為にホルダー（３）の通過
口（８）より外へ食み出すことなく植菌孔（２）へ１０
０％オガ菌を圧入することが出来る 以上の結果オガ菌の１００％有効使用となりオガ菌の食
み出しによる、雑菌の付き易いと思はれる心配も解消さ
れたのである 第２図は第３図ホルダーの多層構造の平面図で各層のプ
レート９、１０、１１、１２、は適当な弾力を有するこ
とを必要とする 第４図はゴム質等の材料にしてハンマチップ（４）の首
部（７）が通過するヶ所のみ開くことを考えたものであ
る。
又第５図は従来のホルダー（第６図）に首部（７）が楔
型としたハンマチップ（４）によりホルダーの下部の通
過口（１６）が出来るだけ開かないことを目的とした方
法である オガ菌植菌機の打込ヘッド図は省略します

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）オガ菌用植菌機のホルダーを多層にしてオガ菌打
    込用ハンマーチップがホルダを通過するに供なってホル
    ダーの各層の通過口が逐次開いてオガ菌がホルダーの周
    囲より食み出さないことを特徴としたオガホルダー装置
  2. （２）全オガ菌用ホルダーゴム質の様な材質で構成しハ
    ンマーチップ通過するケ所のみ逐次開いてオガ菌がホル
    ダーの周囲より食み出さないことを特徴としたオガホル
    ダー装置
  3. （３）ハンマーチップの首部の断面を楔状にして全首部
    がホルダーの通過口を通過した時最終迄ホルダーの通過
    口の下端が閉じていることを特徴としたオガホルダー装
    置
