[Background Art] Conventionally, the upper end of an exterior cladding material is overlapped with the back side of the lower end of an exterior cladding material that is constructed above this, and the lower end of the cladding material is overlapped with the upper end surface side of the upper end of an exterior cladding material that is constructed below this. When stacking exterior materials, if the exterior material itself is composed only of thin metal plates, the exterior material made of thin metal plates is easily deformed by a slight external force, and the exterior plates become uneven and the surface becomes unstable. Moreover, there was a problem of low heat insulation properties. One way to solve this problem is to laminate and bond a synthetic resin insulation material to a thin metal exterior surface plate, but such a configuration would require large-scale factory equipment, and At the construction site, it is not possible to change the specifications for selecting insulation materials to suit the site, and for this reason, factories have to prepare many types of exterior materials with different insulation specifications, which makes it difficult for customers to There is a problem in that the economic burden increases. Also, if the exterior surface plate and the heat insulating material are formed separately,
There is a problem in that the workability is poor when layering the insulation material on the exterior surface board on site.

[Purpose of the invention] The present invention was created in view of these problems, and its purpose is to prevent the exterior surface plate made of thin metal plates from becoming sticky, but it also The specifications of the insulation material can be easily changed, factory equipment can be simplified and costs can be reduced, and there is no loss of functionality.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an exterior plate structure that is easy to construct on-site.

[Disclosure of the Invention] The present invention provides for overlapping the upper end of the exterior material 1 with the back side of the lower end of the exterior material 1 constructed above this, and the lower end of the exterior material 1 being constructed below this. 1, which is separated from the exterior surface plate 2 made of a thin metal plate, and is placed over almost the entire back surface of the exterior surface plate 2, allowing nailing work. Exterior material 1 with insulation board 3
A nailing piece 4 is formed at the upper end of the exterior surface plate 2, a locking part 5 is formed at the lower part of the nailing piece 4, and the lower end of the exterior surface plate 2 is folded back to the back side. The piece 6 and the portion of the exterior surface plate 1 facing it form a bullet support recess 7 into which the lower end of the heat insulating board 3 can be inserted and supported, and the upper end of the folded piece 6 is inserted into the locking part 5. This is related to the structure of the exterior material formed by extending the locking piece 8 that can be locked, and by configuring it in this way, the above object can be achieved. In other words, by forming the insulation board 3 separately from the exterior surface board 2 made of thin metal plates, and making it possible to stack them and nail them together on site, the exterior surface made of thin metal plates can be used after construction. Although it is possible to prevent the face plate 2 from becoming sticky, by making the heat insulation board 3 separate from the exterior face plate 2, factory equipment can be simplified and many types of products with different specifications can be produced. It is possible to reduce the cost without any need, and the function is not deteriorated.

The exterior material 1 is composed of an exterior surface plate 2 made of a thin metal plate and a heat insulating board 3 which is separated from the exterior surface plate 2 and arranged on substantially the entire back surface of the exterior surface plate 2. As the heat insulating board 3, a gypsum board with high heat insulating properties and easy nailing is used, but it goes without saying that synthetic resin-based heat insulating materials or other materials may also be used. A flat nailing piece 4 is formed at the upper end of the exterior surface plate 2. An outwardly extending piece 9 is extended outwardly and downwardly from the lower edge of the nailing piece 4 , and the upper folding piece 10 is folded back along the outwardly extending piece 9 .
A locking bag-shaped portion 1 is formed by folding back the folding piece 11 downward from the upper end and opening downwardly with the upper folding piece 10 and the lower folding piece 11 as a widening locking portion 5.
2 is formed. The lower end of the exterior face plate 2 is folded back to the back side, and the folded piece 6 and the portion of the exterior face plate 2 opposing this form a bullet support recess 7 into which the lower end of the heat insulating board 3 can be supported in a bullet manner. There is. The upper and lower middle portions of the folded piece 6 are curved convexly toward the exterior surface plate 2 side, and by bringing this convex curved portion 13 into elastic contact with the back surface of the insulation board 3, the insulation board 3 is placed in the bullet support groove 7. This makes it easier to support bullets. From the upper end of the folded piece 6 to the above-mentioned locking bag-shaped portion 1
A locking piece 8 that can be locked to 2 is extended.

According to such a configuration, the lower end of the insulation board 3 is supported in the bullet support groove 7 of the exterior surface plate 2, and the nailing piece 4 and the insulation board 3 are connected to the nail 14 in the nailing piece 4. The locking piece 8 of the exterior material 1 to be installed above the wall base 15 is then secured to the locking bag-shaped portion 12, and then the upper exterior material 1 is secured to the wall base 15.
The nailing pieces 4 are nailed together with the heat insulating board 3 to fix it to the wall base 15.

The lower part of the upper folding piece 10 that is folded back along the outwardly extending piece 9 is bent toward the back side of the exterior surface plate 2 so that it can be elastically deformed at this bent part 16. The tip of the piece 8 is folded back so that the folded part 17 can also be elastically deformed, so that the folded part 17 is brought into elastic contact with the inner part of the locking bag-like part 12, as shown in FIG. At the same time, the lower part of the locking piece 8 is formed into a protruding portion 16.
Watertightness at the locking connection part is ensured by making it come into elastic contact with.

[Effects of the invention] In summary, the present invention consists of an exterior surface plate made of a thin metal plate and an insulating board that is placed on almost the entire back surface of the exterior surface plate and can be nailed. Although these can be piled up and nailed together on site, preventing the exterior surface board made of thin metal plates from sticking, and increasing the insulation properties, it is not possible to install the insulation material separately from the exterior surface board. By creating a system, specifications can be changed on site to suit the site, there is no need to produce many types of products with different specifications, factory equipment can be simplified, costs can be reduced, and After installation, it has the advantage of maintaining the same function as laminating and bonding a heat insulating material to the back side of the exterior surface board, and in addition, a nailing piece is formed on the upper end of the exterior surface board.
A locking part is formed at the lower part of the nailing piece, the lower end of the exterior face plate is folded back to the back side, and the lower end of the insulation board is supported by this folded piece and the facing part of the exterior face plate. A bullet support recess is formed in which the bullet can be inserted, and a locking piece that can be locked in the above-mentioned locking part is extended from the upper end of the folded piece. It can be installed on-site by a simple method of fixing the nailing piece and the upper end of the insulation board to the wall base with nails while the bullet is supported in the bullet support groove at the lower end. In particular, it is easy to install the exterior face plate and a separate insulation board with the lower end of the insulation board inserted into the bullet support recess and supported. When fixing the surface board and the insulation board, the lower end is supported by inserting the insulation board into the bullet support recess, and nailing is done by nailing only the nailing piece at the upper end. A separate heat insulation board can be attached using a simple attachment method other than adhesive.
