The present invention relates to the structure of the improved waterproof gypsum board composite panel.
Waterproof gypsum board composite panel is suitable for use as interior materials of buildings, especially as ceiling board. However, after the completion of the ceiling surface of the conventional composite panel, the composite panel (inner) was constructed by extending a plurality of long bolts downwards, so that the air was long and concrete ceiling and composite panel were made. Since a constant space (about 30cm to about 50cm) must be maintained in between, the height of each layer is increased, and accordingly, there is a drawback of excessive material cost.
The object of the present invention is to provide a composite panel that can be installed integrally with the concrete ceiling surface during ceiling construction by forming a plurality of coupling angles on the composite panel in order to correct the above conventional drawbacks.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The present invention embeds a plurality of angles (3) made of thin iron plate between the heat insulating material (1) and the waterproof gypsum board (2) so that the standing portion (4) of the angle (3) protrudes above the heat insulating material (1), The upper end of the standing portion (4) forms a perforation (5) and the end is to be pointed.
Reference numeral 6 is a recess in the bottom of the heat insulating material (1) for joining the angle (3), 7 is an adhesive, 8 is a finishing mortar, 9 is a lightweight concrete, 10 is a waterproof layer, 11 is a pubic mortar, 12 is a concrete slab .
According to the present invention, after forming the recesses 6 at a suitable interval in the lower portion of the heat insulator 1, as shown in the third drawing of the drawing, the angle 3 made of a thin iron plate is joined upwards downwards to open the mouth of the angle 3. The tongue 4 is projected to the upper surface of the heat insulator 1, and then the waterproof gypsum board 2 to which the adhesive 7 is applied is bonded to the bottom of the heat insulator 1.
The standing part 4 which protrudes to the upper part of the heat insulating material 1 can be bent to one side at the time of storage or transportation.
Exemplary Drawing 4 is a cross-sectional view of the ceiling constructed using the present invention, the concrete slab 12 and the heat insulating material (1) is in close contact, and the upper surface of the concrete slab 12 and the heat insulating material (1) has a number of other adhesives The standing part 4 of the angle 3 is buried in the concrete slab 12, so that the composite panel is firmly fixed to the ceiling.
Pointed at the top of the standing portion 4 is to facilitate the penetration of the heat insulating material (1) during manufacturing, the perforation (5) is to promote a close coupling force with the concrete slab (12). In addition, when the construction of the standing part 4 protruding upward from the heat insulator 1 is slightly twisted, the standing part 4 is more firmly coupled with the concrete slab 12.
The present invention can reduce the height of each floor to about 30cm to about 50cm when used in the ceiling, the construction is simple and has an effect of being closely coupled with the concrete slab 12 due to the angle (3).
