このダイナミツクダンパ100は、車両の図外の
ストラツツト式フロントサスペンシヨンに備えら
れるもので、車幅方向に延在させて図外の車体に
固定されるクロスメンバ(サスペンシヨンメン
バ)101にボルト・ナツト102にて取付けら

り挿入されて、掛止部をクロージングプレートの
一端縁に掛止し、クロージングプレートと基板と
をボルト・ナツトにて固定した車両用ダイナミツ

メンバ1は、エンジン、変速機等よりなるパワー
ユニツト2の下方であつて車幅方向の中間部に配
置され、車両の前後方向に延在させて、前端部は
ボルト・ナツト3にて、また後端部はボルト・ナ
ツト4にて、サブフレーム、クロスメンバ等の車
体5にそれぞれ固定され、車体5の剛性を向上さ
せると共にパワーユニツト2の路面干渉を防止す
る。このセンタメンバ1にあつては、一対のブラ
ケツト6,7が固設され、各ブラケツト6,7に
図外のバツフアロツド、マウント装置等を介在さ
せてパワーユニツト2を支持するようになつてい
る。また、センタメンバ1は、略U字形の開断面
を有し、開口1a端縁を外側に折曲げてリブ1b
を周設して剛性を高めると共に、開口1aを下向
きにして配置される。そして、このセンタメンバ
1には、開口1aの長手方向の少なくとも中間部
を含む一部を覆うクロージングプレート8,9、
具体的には中間部のクロージングプレート8およ
び前端部のクロージングプレート9がそれぞれス

して示すように基板11の掛止部11aをクロー
ジングプレート8の一端縁に掛止させ、第7図に
示すように係合部11bに指を係合させて、基板
11に予め固定したナツト14aとクロージング
プレート8の取付用孔8aとを合致させてボルト
