本発明の建築用板の製造方法は、ウッドフレークにWP

させることを特徴とするものであり、この構成により上
記課題が解決されたものである。
1作用】
ウッドフレークの段階でWPC処理を施し、スライス単
板1を基板2に貼9aさせると共にWPCの樹脂を硬化
させるので、スライス単板1の膨張及び収縮が基板2に
より規制されて、WPC処理されたスライス単板1の寸
法のばらつきを抑制することができ、スライス単板1の
寸法精度の高い建築用板Aを効率よく製造できるもので
ある。
以下本発明を添付の図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
天然木が切断されて細片化され、所定の色に染色され乾
燥されてウッドフレークが1Ils1される。
このウッドフレークにWPC%埋が施される1例えば、
ウッドフレークを減圧釜に投入し減圧下攪拌しながら、
WPCの樹脂液をスプレーにて塗布し、1〜2時間放置
後、ウッドフレークが偏って固まるのを防止するために

0〜160℃)で乾燥され、スライス単板1のWPCの
樹脂が完全に硬化されて、建築用板Aが91!!される
