本発明は強化化粧単板貼り合板の製法に関するものであ

本発明は米ツガ材、米杉材、ナーラ材、杉材等の原木を
製材するとともにスライス切削又はロータリー切削を行
な一1所定の大きさて裁断して厚み0.5%乃至2.0

じて乾燥したのち、減圧下、又は加圧下で7タル系のポ
リエステル樹脂、アクリル系のポリエステル樹脂等の合
成樹脂を充分含浸し、次−で合成樹脂を含浸した化粧単
板を温度ムラを生じるように乾燥して合成樹脂を硬化す
る。この際の乾燥温度としては例えば高温部は100℃
乃至130℃で、低温部は60℃乃至100℃としてお
くと目的とする温度ムラの乾燥を行うことが出来る。次
いで該化粧単板をユリア樹脂接着剤、ウレタン樹脂接着
剤等の着色接着剤を介在して厚み7〜乃至L5〜の合板
