の一方のフランジが固着され、前記積層体の外部
電極導体とリード線により接続された一対のガラ
ス端子を有する有底の筒状金属ケースの内側底面
に前記積層体の他方の端面が固着されて前記積層
体の一方のフランジの部分までが前記金属ケース
に収容され、前記金属部材を覆うように筒状のベ
ローズがかぶせられ前記金属ケースの開口端部と
前記金属部材の他方のフランジに前記ベローズの
各端部が全周にわたり溶接されていることを特徴
