に固着され、該金属キヤツプの開口部には筒状の
ベローズが全周に渡り接続され、前記積層体の他
方の端部には、金属部材と、中央部に半球状突起
を有し、該半球状突起を介して前記金属部材と接
触する金属部材とが配置され、かつ該金属部材の
一方は積層体と固着され、他方の金属部材は前記
ベローズの開口側でベローズと全周に渡り接続さ
れていることを特徴とする電歪効果素子。
