熱収縮チユーブで覆われたリード線を前記スリツ
トより引き出し、アクチユエータ素子をケースに
嵌入し、熱収縮チユーブで覆われたリード線をケ
ースのスリツト上端部とアクチユエータ素子の下
部に固定された台座で挟持することにより、リー
ド線引き出し部を気密封止し、台座及び蓋をケー
スに固着封止した構造を特徴とする積層型圧電ア
