Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) A rotor terminal with a shaft and a stator terminal with a contact formed by bending the end are insert-molded at regular intervals in a case made of a bottomed cylindrical insulator, and then the case is assembled. Side electrodes and bottom electrodes are drawn out to the outside and bent along the side and bottom surfaces of the case, and a stator electrode is formed inside the case.A metal rotor and a spring are attached to the shaft. The metal rotor is rotatably disposed while the stator electrode and the stator terminal are electrically connected to each other, and the upper end of the shaft is caulked to connect the metal rotor and the stator terminal. A variable porcelain capacitor comprising a dielectric material pressed into contact with the spring, and a protective sheet attached to the upper opening of the case to seal it.

(2) The variable ceramic capacitor according to claim 1, wherein the stator terminal and rotor terminal are formed by bending the insert mold part of the stator terminal and the rotor terminal upwardly into the case, and pulling out the stator terminal and the rotor terminal from the upper part of the case.

(3) A cutting and bending part is provided on the case external drawer part of the stator terminal and rotor terminal, and the cutting and bending part is bent upward along the side of the case, and the remaining part that is not cut and bent is bent downward.
