Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ロータで保持したベーンを内接させるカムリン
グが、ロータに対する偏心量を変えるよう揺動可
能にハウジング内に保持され、このカムリングの
外面とハウジングの内面の間に、カムリングのロ
ータに対する偏心量を減じるようカムリングを揺
動させる油圧を供給される第１の制御油室が形成
され、さらに第１の制御油室に供給された油圧に
よる押圧力に対抗する方向にカムリングを付勢す
る弾性体が設けられた可変容量型オイルポンプに
おいて、 前記弾性体による押圧方向と同方向にカムリン
グを押圧するよう油圧が供給される第２の制御油
圧がカムリングとハウジングとの間に形成され、
その第２の制御油室に油圧を供給する油路に、予
め定めた条件に基づいて開弁される弁機構が設け
られていることを特徴とする可変容量型オイルポ
ンプ。
