Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 非金属介在物を含む試料を、矩形の観察窓を有
    するホールダに収納し、このホールダを座標軸に
    よつて規定されたステージに載置して顕微鏡によ
    り拡大視し、拡大視された試料の画像を撮像手段
    によつて映像信号に変換し、前記試料の画像を表
    示手段で表示して、前記非金属介在物の解析を行
    う非金属介在物の検査装置において、 前記表示手段の画面上に、前記撮像手段と前記
    観察窓の一辺とを合せるための基準ライン信号を
    発生するライン信号発生手段を備えたことを特徴
    とする非金属介在物の検査装置。
