<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, in the case of such conventional ventilation louvers, the louver bars of the louver body are provided horizontally and are all slanted downward, and the exhaust air is forced to flow along the wall surface. Since the exhaust air is discharged downward along the wall, the exhaust air is directly applied to passersby passing under the ventilation louver, causing discomfort to the passersby. Wall surfaces are easily contaminated by dust and oily gas.

Further, the louver body is provided with a drain port, but this can only drain moisture generated in the louver body and the ventilation tube, but cannot drain moisture generated in the duct. Therefore, moisture in the duct oozes out from the end of the duct and travels along the wall surface, causing stains on the wall surface.

<Means for solving the problem> Therefore, in this invention, as a means to solve the above-mentioned problems, a ventilation pipe is installed by fitting into a louver body having a louver crosspiece and a duct buried in the wall of a building. In the ventilation louver consisting of, the louver body is provided with louver bars in the vertical direction, and each of the louver bars is symmetrically tilted outward,
In addition, a fitting step part for fitting and connecting the louver body is expanded and provided at the front end of the ventilation tube, and an edge that expands in a flap shape is extended at the tip of this fitting step part, and the duct A hole is provided in the inner wall of the bottom side of the fitting step to guide moisture seeping into the inside of the louver body, and the moisture inside the louver body is discharged to the outside along the edge of the tip of the fitting step. The main idea is to provide a drain port at the corner of the lower end of the louver.

The exhaust air that has passed through the duct 1 and the ventilation tube 2 is provided in a vertical direction (hereinafter, vertical direction refers to the vertical direction with respect to the building to which the ventilation louver 3 is attached), and The louvers 5 of the louvers 4 are symmetrically tilted outward.
The direction of discharge is regulated by the , and the discharge direction is regulated by the following, and the discharge direction is spread out in the left and right direction. Therefore, even if a passerby passes under the ventilation louver 3, the exhaust air will not be directly applied to the passerby, and the passerby will not feel uncomfortable. In addition, the exhaust air is less likely to follow the wall surface 9, and at the same time, the exhaust air is more diffused than when it is discharged in only one direction, so there is an extremely low possibility that the wall surface 9 will be contaminated by dust or oily gas in the exhaust air. In addition, the water seeping out from duct 1 is
The water collects at the bottom of the fitting step 6 and reaches the drain port 8 through a hole 7 provided in the inner wall on the bottom side of the fitting step 6, and is discharged along the flap-like edge 14 in a direction away from the wall surface 9. Therefore, moisture generated in the duct 1 and exuding from the end thereof will not be transmitted along the wall surface 9, and no stains will be formed on the wall surface 9.

The ventilation tube 2 includes a fitting tube 13 for fitting into the duct 1, and a fitting stepped portion expanded to a diameter larger than the fitting tube 13 in order to fit the louver body 4 at its folded edge 10. 6 and an edge 1 which is expanded in a trumpet shape and guides and restricts the discharged air so that it does not hit the wall surface 9.
4, and on the inner wall of the fitting stepped portion 6 (the side connected to the ventilation tube 2), there is a drain port provided in the louver body 4 near the bottom where the duct 1 comes into contact, to drain moisture seeping out from the duct 1. 8 is provided. Note that 15 is a stopper fitting for preventing the ventilation pipe 2 fitted and attached to the duct 1 from falling off, and a plurality of fittings are provided on the circumferential outer surface of the fitting pipe 13.

The exhaust air that has passed through the duct 1 and the ventilation tube 2 is regulated in its discharge direction by the louver bars 5 of the louver body 4, which are provided in the vertical direction and symmetrically tilted outward. While spreading out, the wall surface 9 is also
It is guided and regulated in a direction away from the wall surface 9 so as not to hit it, and is discharged. Therefore, even if a passerby passes under the ventilation louver 3, the exhaust air will not be directly applied to the passerby, and the passerby will not feel uncomfortable. In addition, it becomes difficult for the exhaust air to follow the wall surface 9, and at the same time, the exhaust air is spread out more than when it is discharged in only one direction, so there is an extremely high possibility that the wall surface 9 will be contaminated by dust or oily gas in the exhaust air. In addition, moisture generated in the duct 1 gathers at the bottom of the duct 1 and is discharged through a passage 7 provided on the inner wall of the bottom side of the fitting step 6 to the drain port 8. Therefore, moisture generated in the duct 1 and exuding from the end thereof will not be transmitted along the wall surface 9, and no stains will be formed on the wall surface 9.

Furthermore, since the louver body 4 is fitted into the fitting stepped portion 6 provided on the ventilation tube 2, a rattle-shaped part is provided to guide and restrict the exhaust air in a direction away from the wall surface 9 so as not to hit the wall surface 9. Since the edge 14 can be provided in the ventilation tube 2, the "ventilation tube" is fitted into the "glass body", and the "edge" is attached to the "glass body".
Compared to the case where the ventilation louver 3 has to be provided, each member of the ventilation louver 3 can be easily manufactured, and the formability in press molding in particular is improved, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced accordingly.

<Effects> As explained above, the ventilation louver according to this invention has the following advantages: (a) Since the louver bars of the louver body of the ventilation louver are provided in the vertical direction, and the louver bars are symmetrically tilted outward, The discharge direction of the exhaust air is regulated by this louver bar, and the exhaust air is discharged while spreading in the left and right direction, which prevents the discomfort caused to passersby who pass under the ventilation louver due to the exhaust air being directly exposed to the ventilation louver. (b) In addition, it becomes difficult for the exhaust air to follow the wall surface, and at the same time, the exhaust air is spread out more than when it is discharged in only one direction, so there is less contamination of the wall surface by dust and oily gas in the exhaust air. It also has the effect of reducing the

(c) In addition, we have provided a vent in the ventilation tube to guide the moisture seeping out of the duct to the drain port provided in the louver, so that moisture generated in the duct and seeping out from the end of the duct will not be transmitted along the wall surface. It also has the effect of reducing contamination of the wall surface due to this exuded moisture.
