用放電電極を高耐電圧、かつ、フレキシブルな絶
縁シートの表裏に各々、陽極、陰極電極をメツキ
にて構成し、かつ、上記オゾナイザ用放電電極を
導電性金属管の外周に接着剤等にて貼りつけ、こ
れを非導電性の管中に同軸上に組み立て、2つの
管の隙間に原料ガスを通してオゾンを発生させる
ようにしてなることを特徴とするオゾン発生装置
