プ、および 前記キヤビテイ内に臨むように前記アンプの入
出力端に取り付けられ、前記アンプの入出力を前
記ＴＭモード誘電体共振器に誘導結合するループ
端子を備える、アクテイブ共振器。 ２ キヤビテイ、 前記キヤビテイに内蔵されるＴＥモード誘電体
共振器、 前記キヤビテイの外側面に取り付けられるアン
プ、および 前記キヤビテイ内に臨むように前記アンプの入
出力端に取り付けられ、前記アンプの入出力を前
記ＴＥモード誘電体共振器に誘導結合するループ
端子を備える、アクテイブ共振器。
