Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) マイクロ波帯域通過濾波器本体と、この濾
波器本体内に設けられた少なくとも三個の共振器
とを備え、これら共振器のうち互いに電気的に隣
り合わない共振器間を、上記濾波器本体内に設け
た溝状の導波通路を介して実質的に容量性結合と
なるように接続したことを特徴とするマイクロ波
帯域通過濾波器。 (2) 前記溝状の導波通路内に誘電体を装填した
ことを特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項に記載のマイクロ波帯域通過濾波器。
