Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の柱状誘電体を一体成形し、外底面にシー
ルド電極を形成した誘電体ケースと、内面または
外面にシールド電極を形成した蓋とを接合して、
シールド電極同士を接続させた誘電体共振器にお
いて、 前記誘電体ケースの内面または前記蓋の内面に
結合用電極を形成するとともに、前記誘電体ケー
スまたは前記蓋の外面に結合用電極の引出電極を
形成したことを特徴とする誘電体共振器。
