誘電体共振器、１２ａ，１３ａ，１７は枠体、１
２ｂ，１３ｂ，１５，１６は誘電体柱、１２ｃ，
１３ｃ，１７ｃは電極を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 外側表面に電極が形成された誘電体セラミツク
    スよりなる枠体と、該枠体内に一体的に設けられ
    ており、枠体と同一材料よりなる誘電体柱とを有
    する複数個の誘電体共振器を備え、 前記複数個の誘電体共振器は互いの枠体の開口
    が重なり合うように集合されており、 前記集合された誘電体共振器を保持するために
    、集合された誘電体共振器を収納している金属ケ
    ースをさらに備えることを特徴とする誘電体フイ
    ルタ。
