Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 表面に光導波路が形成される導波路基板と、
この導波路基板を保持するホルダーと、前記導波
路基板の前記光導波路と光学的に結合する光フア
イバーを固着し前記導波路基板の少くとも片側端
面に溶着するサポータとを有する導波路型光デバ
イスにおいて、前記ホルダーが少くとも前記サポ
ータを溶着する端面部分に前記導波路基板の断面
とほぼ同形状の貫通穴を、また前記導波路基板が
前記貫通穴に嵌合して前記溶着部分の端面と同一
平面をなす端面を、それぞれ有することを特徴と
する導波路型光デバイス。 ２ 請求項１記載の導波路基板が長方形の断面を
もつ柱状の場合、ホルダーが口の字形の貫通穴を
もつ少くとも一つの端部と、凹字形の断面をもつ
中央部とを有することを特徴とする請求項１記載
の導波路型光デバイス。
