Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 導波路が形成された導波路基板と、この導波
路基板の端面で前記導波路と光学的に結合された
光フアイバとを有する導波路型光デバイスにおい
て、前記導波路基板の一端側の端面に、孔を有す
る金属平板を固着するとともに、前記光フアイバ
はフランジ部材を有する金属製端末に収容したも
のとし、その光フアイバ端末の先端を前記金属平
板の孔を通して前記導波路と光学的に結合し、か
つ前記金属平板と前記光フアイバ端末のフランジ
部とを密着させて、この密着部を溶接固定してな
ることを特徴とする導波路型光デバイス。 ２ 溶接部はＹＡＧレーザ溶接によるものである
ことを特徴とする請求項１記載の導波路型光デバ
イス。 ３ 導波路基板は保持ガラスに載置固定されてい
ることを特徴とする請求項１記載の導波路型光デ
バイス。
